Under 18, Casino is responsible because they let a minor in and let him touch gambling (THE HORROR!) Over 18, adult, under 21, knowingly went into a gambling establishment and touched gambling (which Jesus is against.) Limited liability to the casino. Welcome to America's wonderful morality laws.  I doubt they'll send asd as he's got the Code S Ro16 to worry about or Gumiho/Oz as they have Code A Ro4 to prepare for. It's looking like thebest option is the only option | ||

Again. You can compete if over 18 and under 21. If you lose, you can spectate the event despite being under 21. You CAN attend. | ||
