2. MajOr gave valid points as to why he resigned, instead of leaving by breaching of contract.
Attempting to find another teams to play on while being under contract is a breach of contract, among other things. How do you know what the contract says, have you seen it? Um, when you sign a 15-month contract, and it's only 5 months in, it's pretty safe to say the client has a reasonable expectation that you fulfill more than 33% of the term you committed to. To be quite frank it's obvious that anyone that is taking Major side is either 15 or younger, is still in school, never read or written a contract, never hired a contracter, or even managed an employee. And it's clear that you have no clue how contracts in sports work. I wonder how football players from big clubs are able to change clubs if their contract is still running. According to you they wouldnt be allowed to negotiate with their potentially new clubs. And it never happens that the club who contracted the player encourages the player to find a new team. So as long as we dont know the details of the contract it's pure speculation from your part that major's breaking the contract when negotiating with new teams. He can even join a new team if he wants to with his old contract still being valid. Sure, it's unlikely that the contract doesnt cover this, but hey - I'm just going to speculate about the content of the contract like you! i think you're the one who doesn't know. the club has to give permission to the player to talk to another club while undercontract. Alot of team such as barcalona are always getting finned and in trouble for not waiting for permission to talk to a player. See Cesc Fabrigas over the last couple of season with barca been in trouble with not having persmission to talk to him about moving but still doing so.
Off Topc, No barcelona never contacted him personally (via barcelona chiefs) the players themselves did, sending text messages begging him to come, and saying he had signed for them when he clearly hadn't etc etc.
If you want to use a football as reference, try Chelsea FC (my club) we have been fined and even had a transfer embargo placed upon us for allegedadly tapping up players (mainly kids 17-19 year olds) when talking to them before they sign pro contracts with the clubs they have been with at youth system.
This is a bit difference, the contracts are VERY different to that of football clubs by the sounds of it.

The update SJG gave is not enough.
Maj0r: "I basically wanted out, because my dream was to go to SK and they did not ok my stay at NHSO. In fact they told me they would search for accomodation but did not do anything."
SJG then does not answer to the most important claim by Maj0r and basically shits on him.
Why didn't they do it?

They actually responded to that specifically, mainly that he was red carded at an mlg event and then started tell the team how he was being pressured.
You didn't read this thread did you?

I wish Major the best and hope Sixjax stays away from sc2 and start a professional ludo team or something els they can manage
Saying true things isn't slander. Grow up. He signed a contract, and was lucky not to have his parents fined.
No one doubts Major's skill, but he isn't going to place very highly in LANs when no one wants to sponsor him to send him there. I don't think we'll see much of major in the future. I'd say "unless he grows up," but we know that won't happen. He's too good at too young an age to appreciate the grown-up side of being professional.

Wonder if they will respond to anything related to that.
They stated that they WERE gonna send him over, but decided not to because of his behaviour? What more do you want them to say? Why should they do anything for him, when he violates contractual obligations, flames teammates and cheats himself into tournaments?
I'm not saying SixJax didn't promise him sending him over - they most likely did. But they didn't follow through due to the behaviour of Major. Why isn't that understandable?

I swear some people either haven't read the statement or have incredibly weak reading comprehension.

Some people seem to think that being in a team is a one way deal. The team provides for the player period and expects nothing in return. That's bullshit. The deal goes both ways. If Major doesn't respect his contractual obligations then sixjax have no reason whatsoever to respect his wishes.

I lost my respect for SJ, aswell as for MajOr. I don't like bad mannered players, doesn't matter if it's MajOr or Idra.

can it be that team-managements are not able to learn from mistakes?
"We team A are sorry to announce that Player B is not playing for us any more. We wish him good luck in future."
No drama no discussion no problems....
After every team change ,every loose in any tournament , every cast, every invite and every bracket have drama in it, I start to think that there is a marketing organisation behind it who try to come up with drama every day.

why does major get so much hate for being BM and idra gets so much love and money?

Yeah, i really dont get why they decided to do this.
We @ SJG sad to announce major has left the team due to personal differences in views, we wish him all the best, gl
But we get another E-Sports drama instead.

It's too bad that MajOr didn't work out with SixJax. MajOr is a great player, he just needs to grow up. Maybe SJ didn't make all of their expectations clear when it came to how MajOr was supposed to behave, however it still doesn't excuse his childishness.
Best of luck to MajOr and to SJ in the future.

You know, where is Artosis in all of this? Is he not the leader of the team?

Because IdrA is a better player. IdrA doesn't wine and complain on a regular basis about his team. IdrA doesn't go team shopping when he is on a team. IdrA isn't 15 years old.

Politics aside, what concerns me is Major's attitude in a professional environment. Even though he isn't a member of sixjax anymore, he stated that NSHS is willing to accept him. I'm not quite sure what to say about that, especially with the language barrier that those two parties have.
But one thing is for sure, Major needs to take SC2 more seriously. It is a job, all are professions seriously. Even though it's just a game being played, it comes with a contract and salary. Major needs to grow up and come to that realization before he gets accepted to another team. More than likely, a similar problem will occur if he does not get what he wants in the team.

Idra has been EG's poster boy since he switched from CJ, he respects his team and his teammates, he appears on shows to talk about the game and he is an amazingly skilled and dedicated player. That is why.

IdrA doesn't smurf to sabotage an event that was dedicated to grow the Australian sc2 scene.
