I was with complexity at the time watching the last games of the day including Catz (i had been knocked out by inka winners round 2). I was watching wbc vs major game 3. WBC did say "gg?" in game 3 when victory was apparant. major typed out "good job, idiot," then gg'ed out shortly after. WBC went to shake his hand after game and major replied "fuck off." I was watching from about where the refs sit inside the player area so it was pretty audible. choose to believe me or not, thats what happened. Who would offensive gg at a lan? im sure many people would have gave the same response
I agree with this. But the whole story makes Major sound *very* immature, and it doesn't shine the best of lights on Sixjax either. I don't think either side has really won, it's just an uncomfortable situation for everybody. :/

Nice.

I actually ended up casting WBC vs MajOr (lol), its on MLG.tv so go watch the cast if you want to see the BM and all the chat.... its in there, there was abit more than just what Lizzuma said (I think that's the jist of game 3, but there was some chat in game 2 as well, but I can't really remember, I recall it being relatively childish from both sides tho...), in terms of the RL interaction afterwards, I'm sure Lizzuma is correct.

Relevant experience? What has he said other than random shit talking on Sixjax?
No real evidence, just attacking the team when it isn't needed. Adding more drama to the situation. If Skew had a problem with Sixjax this is far from the way to handle that.

Skew left SixJax some time ago and is now badmouthing them in the most primitive way imaginable - to me, he makes SixJax look even better, because if he was acting the same way as he does now, I, as manager of SixJax, would have also tried to get rid of him

As opposed to you just randomly stating things to stir up drama in multiple threads on more than one site that has nothing to do with you personally? All my post was designed to state was that your saying artosis isnt a captain, that he had nothing to do with it and they (the evil corporation) disagree. Didn't mean to hit a nerve there in your tirade to make sixjax look bad and major look good. I was just quoting some sources.

Skew seems to think that Sixjax is a badly run team, there is enough publicly available knowledge to give this credence: - Their business model is shady to say the least - No show at the last MLG, no explanation - 2 players leave in the last few days - Artosis's silence on these players leaving

When Phoenix was removed from Reign, the letter saying why he was let go... the team was saying how Phoenix was making a lot of "demands" and trying to make Phoenix look bad.
While I'm not saying Major's a good guy, but to not send Major to Korea for some BM to his teammate? That's odd.
I still think the Fenix/TT1/Fnatic drama should be more looked into.

i used to think it was a refreshing change to be able to see what goes on inside pro teams, which is the total opposite of what you get with regular sports.
But seeing the result, 55 pages of overhyped drama, I think it is better that teams not air their dirty laundry out in public, it does not achieve anything.

He left the team quite a while ago, why did he not bring up his concerns then? He is piggybacking off of the Major drama and just screwing with people.

Regardless of who is correct in this matter - regardless of whether Sixjax is poorly run - Skew is being immature, and acting pretty pathetic in my opinion. That's my point.

Poor artosis, can't catch a break when recommending players.

juan, i wish the best of luck to you. if you want to make it to korea, then do it! do whatever it takes if thats your goal and your dream. no matter what i will always be supporting you because i KNOW youre a talented player with amazing mechanics.
juan, i remember in an interview way long ago that you thought you had no fans. no matter what, ill definitely be a fan of yours because you are GOOD. starcraft is a computer game, not a dating show.
best of luck juan, i hope you will be able to reach your goals

From my experience, Major is like the Yankees.
If you're a fan, you love him.
If you're a fan of anyone else, even if you don't like baseball, you hate him.
But he's damn good at the game.

If I were major I may have stayed in good standing with sixjax just for his reputation. If he had left them on good terms he probably could have gotten on any team he wanted.

QFT. The SEA tournament incident and that MLG incident where a non-topic, until his splitting with SJG in bad terms lead to this shitstorm. Without it, major could have gotten on any team he wanted and Sixjaxs would've kept the image of a neatless team. Now, regardless who is right or wrong, both party loses... :-/

Personally, I have to say, I'm deeply disappointed and saddened by the conduct and attitude of some (many?) community members...
It really seems like once you've managed to show that you have skill, people will be extremely forgiving. We've already known that IdrA can get away with everything, because nobody cares how insulting his behaviour is, as long as he plays well. But until know I didn't realize that this principle does seem to apply to everybody who is somewhat good at the game. Even if we disregard Major's BW-history and recent ROOT-history, he cheated himself into the SEA-tournament and was apparently pretty bad mannered at MLG. And still, in the eyes of many people around here, somehow SixJax ended up being the one to blame.
To speak with Kyle of southpark: I've learned something today
|
lol, IdrA getting away with bm? Yeah, he is known to bm online and offline, but he still gets shit for it. Just look at his fanclub with many anti-IdrA fans posting in the thread whenever IdrA bm's or "rages".
