This is actually so huge. Unbelievable huge. This is a major step in the sc2 scene, as Fenix is (if i record correctly) the first person to sign with a korean team in sc2.

This is also a really good opportunity for Fenix himself. I don't think that Fnatic was so good for him (or anyone else for that matter).

1. Stay chilly.
2. Don't bandwagon or start a witch hunt, because nobody here knows the full story.
3. Be happy for Fenix.
4. That's all.

No, Torch is the first foreigner to sign up with a Korean team in SC2 (StarTale).

Yeah but he sucked and nobody cared. No offense to him. I'm sure he would admit as much himself. I think a lot of it was to do with Torch's casting / gom relations as well? It just wasn't like what this is.

No prob. Just wanted to clear up any inaccuracies.

I think I've seen him in the GSTL a few times on the bench, though I can't remember if he played any games for them. Might have played under their name for the GSL. Anyways, he's since left StarTale, if I recall correctly, and works for GOMTV in some foreign relations department.

congratulations to Fenix, what an opportunity! And how cool to see korean teams recruiting foreigners! Really cool for the scene. Hope SaSe joins a korean team too, or come to train with Puma/Idra/Huk atleast. Put Naniwa and Sjow with those before mentioned too, that would be sweet =)
