I think it's alright and an improvement but the quick all in variants are too strong for my taste.
Plus teching seems useless right now, especially with the quick all ins it's hard to get to T2. By looking at the news and changes Unipedal seems to work pretty hard to tweak everything so it'll be awesome in a couple of days.
The bad news for me is that the team tournament earnings will be split in the near future, I was starting to win the Dull Edge and Queenstone tournaments

What kind of tactics are people using with the new system? Earlier I used a plenty of macro build with lots of drops along with high multitasking. I have tried it again with the new system and have dropped about 200 team ELO

I like how with a modified strat, my player with average stats of ~7 beat a player with average stats of ~8.5 with the new system.

How do you all get such good strategies, mine are really awful, when the new system came out and I entered my players in the tournaments using the default strats, my highest ranked guy got all the ray up to 2750 elo ~ and held it (played lots of tournaments that day :D), but now that people started figuring out what to do again, my guy has now dropped back down to 2400~ .
How do you create your strats, whats the most effective way of creating and tweaking one, because waiting for the tournament to start again just seems like a lot of time :s

The new battle-system is really bad. My 3100 ELO players lose like against All-In'ing 2300 ELO Players, just bad. I stop playing until this is fixed.

The new system is really good tbh it still has some flaws and if you're playing a strat that is not good vs a Quick All In you're in trouble.
If you want to steal a good build browse the Hall of Fame and look around for a strat from one of the high ELO guys that you find interesting and tweak it to your liking.
Overall Quick All In's feel a bit too strong but you can win stuff without using them yourself.

I was doing fine with the old combat system, even if most of my players used default strats. But since the new system, my guys all lost about 300 ELO ratings with the new default strats. This is a bit harsh since there's not really a good way to try out strategies and it's really time consuming.

Same here, just quit the game until they fixed the horrible system. All my 3100 ELO players are ~2600 now because of all these quick-allin bullshit.

Well you can test strategies pretty easy, just play practice games with your players and let one use the Quick All In and try to counter it.
I don't understand all the whining about the new battle system, it's more in-depth which is a good thing. Sure it needs some tweaks and bug fixes. Quick All Ins are too good when you're using bad/default strats.

I got from 55% winrate to 71% winrate in team tournaments without using Quick All Ins, most of my players gained 300-500 ELO despite all the Quick All In abusing.
If you're too lazy to fiddle around with strats than you've to use Quick All Ins or quit the game but whining about a "horrible system" when it's actually pretty good is kinda silly don't you think?

Looks like alot of people still play to me. And I like playing between slow periods in the BW manager.
