He is referring to the Starcraft foreigner term. Chinese were not considered foreigners in Broodwar since they were a tier above other non-koreans with the likes of PJ, LX and F91 and a (fairly weak but still bigger than other foreigner) BW pro scene. In SC2 I'd think they're foreigners since SC2 is released a year later in China. If they can invite war3 pros why not BW pros as well? I would love to see PJ or Legend get invited. | ||

Will be in Beijing on third before travel to Seoul for gsl on 4th If anyone has anymore detail other than just location (ie times) id be realtime grateful I'll post up any pics / writeup of the event too for a read afterwards | ||
