But there is some important information which is not written there, that will get you problems.
I myself had a few problems with my code but after reading a few comments I saw the solution to fix it.
Ok the first 4 steps is pretty easy and don't need any change.

Step #1: Buy the taiwanese game on this website for around 75$, it's the first thing for sale at the top.

Step #2: Once your payment is sent and you went through all the steps, you'll receive your CD-Key on the website, it will be
a picture, write it down.
Step #3: Create bnet account on your region's battle.net
Step #4: Log in to your account on battle.net and click on "account" in the top menu.

But #Step 5 can get you confused so I will write the new step 5.
#Step 5
Click '' Games & Codes'' then buy digital game.
Change game location to Taiwan, which you can see at right side of the screen

Now when it changed to Taiwan you got a new option called add account balance.
Click it and select recharge account.
Now fill in the like 25 digit code here and you get added game credits.
Now you can go back to buy a digital game and click on Starcraft 2
And there you got it. You just need to download the game again and then play
