I think that he's the kind of player who has a ton of talent and just so happens to be doing well lately. This is the perfect time to send him to Korea. I think he's going to come back a wrecking ball.

This is exactly the kind of mutual cooperation that's going to bring the scenes together.

He's saying that if you're at like high school level basketball, will your performance improve if you're suddenly thrown into the NBA? Or is that how it should be approached, at the very least? No, clearly not, you'll gain very little by being thrown into the NBA if you're at high school level, you'll get completely trounced and not even notice any improvement even if you're improving.

He's stating that SC2 is analogous to basketball on the amateur and pro levels. The NBA would be the SC2 scene in Korea and NA is apparently the playground. He is asking if simply putting a non-professional player in a professional environment will make him better. The flaw in his analogy is that Drewbie has been playing on the KR server and keeping pace with those players. The difference in skill is not the same as that between an NBA basketball player and a child. A more apt analogy might be asking "Do kids get better at Go (or Chess) by playing professional Go players?"
