^ And tell me Mr. Arrogant, what do I not understand? That TSL obviously has problems, and that may explain a lot of what was going on? That maybe EG knew about these issues (or not) already and that impacted their decision making?
Because I think I have a pretty good grasp of what's going on. But please tell me, what could you not be bothered to type out to me that I must have missed? I guess I'm 'missing' the point your trying to make to me.
Puma won the fucking NASL. EG says "what's up, you did pretty good, no shit we'd like the winner of the biggest foreign starleague to be on our team, so you should talk to your coach about that, because we can offer you something, LIKE A CONTRACT, that your current team won't". That sounds pretty fucking reasonable to me. God forbid they tell the winner of NASL that they'd want him on their team.

I'm not a big fan of EG cause I think their line up is composed of more "hyped players" than actual "good players" with the exception of IdrA (hope the new house will change that). But on this one I have been on EG's side from the start. I mean WTF... they asked and uncontracted player to talk with his coach just to be polite cause you know he was uncontracted so... and than it goes public and they receive a shit storm for being polite.
Now, I know that EG has some history with sniping and the such... but on this one, I see ABSOLUTELY notting wrong except maybe the milkis part which I'm not 100% sure about it cause altho I agree that you shouldn't shoot the messenger, I do agree to some extend that milkis seemed favorable to TSL POV, but that being said it was the only mistake EG made in this transaction.
And now TSL drama starts to kick in, with coach Lee stealing money from his players, hell from his sponsors and you guys still sides with him? wtf... he's litteraly STEALING in gamer's pocket and in sponsor's pocket! imo... coach Lee just lost the small respect I had for him.

People had/have a problem with how EG approached Puma before contacting TSL. That has nothing at all to do with TSL's internal affairs.
Now you can agree or disagree with it all you want, but I'm afraid you're two weeks late for the discussion.

still waiting for the milkis post "later in the week"
lmao

Nice 2 hear each side. Go EG

Edit: I didn't want to comment on the Milkis/journalism situation in this particular post, because I think it deserves its own discussion, and would be distracting to the subject matter of this post. This thread should be about EG, PuMa, and TSL. I will be making a separate post regarding Milkis later in the week. For the record, while I stand by the points I made on that subject, I have already apologized to him in private for my accusatory tone and approach to him on the show. Facebook
I can't seem to find this post. Do you no longer plan to make it?

Don't bother making the Milkis post, it just adds fuel to the hater fire no matter the content of the post.

People have a problem with EG saying to Puma "hey, we think your pretty baller for winning the NASL. We don't know korean, and Korea is really fucking far from here, so talk to your coach when you get back and have a nice flight!"? Because that seems pretty fucking ridiculous to me. You can talk about customs and rules all you want, but when you get down to it all that happened was EG said "Damn son you won the NASL, we want you!".
It was pretty clear this was an informal approach to Puma, and only the first step in many. They did not snipe Puma at all, they did nothing wrong. People are blowing this out of proportion, such as Coach Lee.

I think they contacted him before he won NASL, it was early in the tournament they said. Just a small correction.

This coach Lee guy seems to be a very shady person to say the least... in conflict about money with his own players with other coaches within and outside Korea... can't be all coincidence can it?

They contacted him during the round of 4. So they contacted him during the finals of NASL.

I heard puma is no longer part of team EG. Is that true? If so, short lived time with EG. Wonder what happened.

You need some source, or flesh out where/why you heard it/context. Geoff posted that the US EG guys had been practicing with puma very recently

Verbal source from IPL. I got really confused when he said, "PuMa WAS available on the EG roster when these games were played." post IdrA losing game 2 and who the 2nd EG player would be. I was like WTF?

Uh...
What does puma have to do with IPL?
Do you mean EGMC?

IPL team arena league casted by catspajamas and painuser.... And EG is playing RGN on it. *it is a rebroadcast, but that is irrelevant to my question or yours*

But Incontrol always mentioning Puma on his stream so don't worry

They said he could play if EG chose to use him. They didn't end up using him in the match. Just because he wasn't used in a clan match doesn't mean he isn't still on the team... Like Fnatic not using Sen on the last EGMC match. It doesn't mean Sen is no longer on Fnatic.

Which is a really bad example because Sen just may be moving to a Taiwanese team soon as many have been speculating and some news has been released about.
-.- I don't understand how you can get that Puma is already leaving EG just because he didn't play.

So you took a vague verbal source that could have a variety of meanings (most of them innocuous), drew the craziest conclusion possible from it, and posted about it in such a way that it sounded like a much more sure thing than what it actually was (your imagination)? Great idea.
