I'd say they are a pretty strong team. And good luck to Sheth. I'm sure he will be in a new team two weeks from now.

He's saying he wishes that companies wouldn't say "X person is still with the company" when they may or not be on their way out. Which is what I was commenting on. Things has changed dramatically over the past few days though. Before that, it was known that FXO will slowly leave Korea. Some will go to Malaysia team house, some like qxc will resume university. So while Korea is important to them as BoSs has said repeatedly, it wasn't the only place to be. Now with the acquisition of fOu, their plans are likely to be even more Korea-centric ( or at least Asia centric) and Sheth who much prefers to see his families and friends often and dislike pro-house environment won't be able to contribute much in the Asia/Korea scene. All speculations of course but seemed reasonable to think of it that way. So yea i honestly believed Boss when he said a few weeks ago that Sheth were still in the team. It wasn't meant to deceive. Things change that's all.

FXOBoss' answer seemed very hesitant when asked if any players would be cut soon due to a "salary cap" with the new Korean additions.

You should read up some more and see what mentality is actually behind it. It is not about winning or being the best. It is about improving and aspiring to be the best. As part of that goal is showing people like you that what they have done is incredibly valuable and in turn makes people like me not be a fool for believing it is. Only time will tell and even then you don't have to be supportive. But if you watch the GSTL I would say we are already seeing great improvement and that will only get better. And please clean up your typing you are making me feel ashamed for being born under the same flag. This whole post is kind of nitpickey so I apologize for directing it to someone in specific. The majority of the reasoning behind actually going through with posting this is because FXO gets a lot of undeserved bashing. I guess this is just me trying to whack a mole.

I thought the point of the FXO/fOu merger was to make both teams more international, not more Korea focused. This really does feel like a situation of "Well now we have Koreans, so we can dump our star player who didn't want to live in Korea". Also, are we being expected to believe that the FXO/fOu merger wasn't basically done by the time NASL finished? I find it hard to believe the two teams would start up talks on this level, work out the financials, and come to agreement in about three days [July 18 -> July 22]. If anything, it is more likely to believe that Sheth knew about the merger, didn't like what the team would become, and decided to go back home. Which just leads back to my original point, FXO just BS'd us about Sheth's status with the team.
