fucking scum Given that they've all been impersonating famous players it's likely not the real guy. How many Piqliqs are there in GM? You are an idiot. p.s. worth my inevitable temp ban. such a low level of intelligence deserves no further response than what i gave
Hey I already held my hands up. Might want to edit before a mod sees it!

Some kid probably figured it out and passed it out on a hacker board where some script kiddied spread it.

Ummm, I don't think you can take legal action against somebody cheating in a video game...

I actually got dropped this morning as well. Put me on tilt so I haven't played since. Was way ahead, he was on 1 base after I took out his expos, I was on 4. Then I start lagging out of nowhere (even though my router is right next to me showing perfect connection). Then dropped. So lame

The poster who said Idra might have had his real account nuked accidentally might be right. I don't see any Idra in the top 20 on the GM ladder and I also quick scanned the rest and don't see him.

Bonjovi is the /v/ board's joke on bonjwa. the seven proxies thing is an old joke.

Pathetic. Now I'm gonna be paranoid to ladder tonight. It just happened on Incontrol's stream.

Someone else(rudely) pointed out that idra went over the Bonus Pool limit, so you might want to take that with a grain of salt

Yeah this is ridiculous I just saw it happen to Incontrol again on his stream
|
Yep, what's happening on inControl's stream is exactly what happened to me yesterday.
|
This happened on Hashe's stream last night. Plays the fake EGIdrA and at about 1 minute 50 seconds he lags out. I looked at that hackers history and its the same, playing GM players and wins them all around the 2 minute mark. Seems like theres a couple out there. Pretty lame for sure.

You get booted from Grandmaster for inactivity on ladder. If he didn't ladder because of all the tournaments, he would have be kicked out.

Best course of action would be to report the players and open a thread on Bnet or e mail Blizzard
|
This is not going to go away. A private invite only ladder may be the only solution.
|
There has always been private drop hacks created that people paid money for. It's likely that one of these private hacks got leaked on one of the hacking forums and was distributed around.

Jesus, watching inControl run into multiple hackers in a row.

touche and yes i know we cant really take legal action in a video game but if someone found out this little shits actual address im sure the community wouldnt mind sending him some letters to make it known we know who he is and where he is so he'd stop fuckin up the ladder for everyone

This is probably what has happened. This is really sad to hear right before getting out of work...

It's possible Blizzard could. I haven't thought too hard about it, but I wouldn't rule it out as a possibility. Taking legal action as an individual player against another for drop hacking or whatever is likely more difficult.
