I mean the current situation is that if you're 'lagging' in-game it's automatically 'omg another fkn hackzor' but it could just be your isp acting up or whatever reason. It happens to me and i'm sure many others before this sudden hackfest. but because everyone is reporting, blizz has to individually go through each report and player and making damn sure the player was hacking through whatever means they developed/developing. Besides, best thing to do now is probably just NOT play. I don't understand how players are still pressing the 'find match' button when this hack is supposedly so rampant. Don't play for a few days and let blizz sort it all out. I mean it can't be enjoyable to play and not be sure whether the person you're vs'ing is a hacker that's just going to drop you at end of game or just going outright crushed you cause they themselves got hacked from GM down to dia. I guess the dilemma is though, that the only players risking this are the GM and masters shooting for GM. Which is also roughly where most lag hackers ends up. I guess as more people gets fed up and stop playing, the win/loss ratio is only going to decrease for the legit player, to a point it's not worth laddering anymore. TLDR: Just stop laddering until blizz releases an official fix for it. The more you try to ladder, the more points you're going to lose. If all legit players stop laddering, the hackers will end up killing themselves off (hackers = want wins quickly. Surely they can't stand too many 50mins lag battle =\ | ||

touche and yes i know we cant really take legal action in a video game but if someone found out this little shits actual address im sure the community wouldnt mind sending him some letters to make it known we know who he is and where he is so he'd stop fuckin up the ladder for everyone Chill out, it's just a computer game man. If someone wants to hack, so be it. It's annoying, I'll report them, and move on. I doubt any action will be taken against cheaters farther than a ban or actions taken against their account, as it should be. it's not hard to find these kind of cheats. I know things like maphacks are as easy as just googling, they are the top hits. Likely this drop hack was leaked, you can probably google it, and blizzard will address it whenever a big hack is leaked like this. | ||

Might as well be your connection that dropped for a bit my friend the screen appears just when i almost had DTs, he didnt have detection and i won a battle in my natural, in that moment i feel lag and then, the drop screen appears. i sure he drop hack me, why not have that against ppl that pissed u off or bm toward u?? i bmed him calling him bad player because having all those game played. | ||

I watched the replay i see no concrete proof of him drop hacking. MUTE was actually chronoboosting his probes RIGHT when you dced. he didnt even idle for a while. So now people will always assume their opponent is def a drop hacker when they dc in game. | ||
