Surprised you put Inca as one most likely to disappoint when you're obviously so anti-Inca that you've entered disappointed. Besides, god, he's in a group with MC and Bomber. If someone like MVP was in that group he'd be surely disappointing.

And you didn't put Alicia through the group, so wouldn't "most likely to disappoint" be someone more favoured by the fans: Alicia?

I'm going to, in advance, predict a ZvT grand final. Probably Nestea/July/Losira/Violet vs sC/NaDa/Polt/Bomber. Basically, groups E - H have all the scary terrans minus MKP and TOP, groups A-D have the better zergs (and importantly Nestea) whilst outside of MC it's hard to see any other protoss player in Code S as "scary", though we can always hope HuK performs.

So yeah, ZvT final prediction in advance. Nestea vs Polt would be nice, but the GSL champion curse will probably strike Polt =/

Looks like you just picked the favorites for every group. Not exactly stellar analysis.

Anyway, Violet is TERRIBLE. Hopefully he gets eliminated from code S.

Fruitdealer's ZvT is pretty good, so I wouldn't count him out. I wouldn't even say his zvt is worse than Nestea's, but we shall see.

But for reals. FD isn't that bad as people make him be. I agree that his cinderella story is over as he doesn't even want to practice that hard. Despite that he is still Code S and manages to advance in ro32 or at least stay in Code S.
I'm not saying he is the contender of GSL July Champion but he is not as bad as people make him be. It only seems like that because he fell from so high

i have faith in alicia and huk... but group d makes me sad

but seriously, i think alicia won't have to play losira at all, and mkp will end up beating losira

and huk will beat alive twice to advance. gogogogo

I don't mean to be a Huk fanboy (even though I am) but after his dreamhack and HSC wins in the last two weeks, I think he could easily come out of his group. You say his PvP isn't the best, but during HSC3, well he did lose 3-2 to Nani and get knocked to the lower bracket... he went on a rampage afterward and went 7-2 against MC and Naniwa to win it... seems like pretty good PvP to me.

His sticky point is going to the vT matches... we didn't see him really face any tough Terran opponents in the last 2 big tournaments... he has shown in the past he can take down the best.

I see him at least staying in it for the up down matches this season...
