Yes, ESF has less invites than Kespa. It's in the title. MLG vs Kespa. You want ESF vs Kespa, go watch GSL or OSL. Everything else cannot be answered by contract. So, in other words, all the problems you're having are a lack of common sense.

MLG is backed by VC money. they need to try to come up with ways of monetizing ways their product and show their investors what works and what doesn't and how sustainable certain models are.

Because that's not the reason given for the PPV. He said MLG wouldn't make it PPV if they had a choice, but are forced to by someone. He said it's not kespa forcing them, but someone else. Well who else is there besides kespa to force them to go ppv? Korean illuminati? I applaud scoots for trying to get the real answer.

Look at the top 16 of every MLG since Koreans joined. Now try tell me that ESF aren't part of this "MLG vs Kepsa". You can't see the Forest for the trees dude. The title doesn't matter.

Because ESF players are joining EU and NA players while Kespa is on the whole other side of the bracket.

You can't see the Forest for the trees dude. I don't even know what you're seeing. This is a show tournament. The entire point is to get fan favourites facing off against Kespa legends. It's 24 Kespa players vs 24 of Everyone else. ESF represent(s/ed) 6 of "Everyone else".

I'm pretty sure his problem is the fact that MLG is going PPV because they pay money to Kespa (then redistributed to Kespa teams) for players appearances, whereas MLG doesn't pay shit to western teams.

What do you want Lee to say though? Its under NDA. He CANT say anything. If I'm thinking here, GOM still actually holds the exclusive broadcasting rights to sc2 in Korea until 2013. Lee said this event would be would be free in 2013. Could be a coincidence. Could be related.
