ST and IM really aren't fucking around lol...I guess both realize how hard the match will be or how well they have to do so they're really going all out.
edit- picked up MVP for Gumiho, surprised he was so cheap but I guess that's what you get when IM's almost done and he's their ace/not a lot of playing time. Couldn't afford Bomber so hope MVP takes it. Held onto SlayerS, really think they can take a win.

Apparently this is true:
TradeValue = ( GamesLeft * Salary / 5 + 5/9 * Score ) * GamesLeft
F.United's TradeValue is 5. We therefore want to have x, our score, to net a TradeValue greater than this.
5 < 6/5+5/9x --> 19/5 < 5/9x --> (19/5)/(5/9) < x --> 6.84 < x
At the moment StarTales score is 6, which means that they can lose by 3-4 and still get one point to net a high enough TradeValue. The question is if they have three players capable of doing this should Bomber lose. On the other hand IM's coach has picked very weird choices to be sent out (see the FXO game, lol), although this seems to come to an end now with MVP starting.

is it wise to hope IM wins 4-2 against Startale, or even if they lose, hope F. United loses badly to MVP next week so I can trade? Right now, I traded sC for MVP, but holding off on an IM -> F. United swap.

IMO that all depends on who you think is going to win Bomber vs. MVP. If MVP wins... IM will go 4-2 almost definitely. But if Bomber wins... the series could go either way IMO.
I'm stuck trying to decide whether or not its time to trade nestea off my anti-team. I have a feeling he won't play for one more week... but it might be a huge risk. If there is ever a time for IM to play him it is now. This really is a must-win situation for them and NesTea doesn't have any immediate GSL matches coming up to prepare for...

Yeah, having NesTea on your anti has been a shrewd move so far, but could bite you in the ass this week if MVP goes down to Bomber. NesTea may very well come in and all-kill ST. Before you could rely on MVP as ace since NesTea had GSL matches to save himself for. You should be able to trade him away for someone like Lyn who is worth a lot but will probably underperform.

Hmm... if I do add someone I think it will be Huk. He won't be playing nextw eek because of the blizzard invitational in california. And the next oGs match won't be until Aug 25th... coincidentally the same week as MLG Raleigh. Odds are he won't play again until the last match. And at that point.. who knows if they will even need him (against F.united).
Btw, for everyone with Huk on their team... it's paid off so far... but now its time to stop gambling and trade him

Damn i'm not sure what to trade Gumiho for Losira or MVP . If MVP beats Bomber he could get several kills but if Bomber wins you're stuck with MVP damn. Damn i think i'm picking Losira up and hope for the best. I'm not convinced that MVP beats Bomber .
Yes be beat MMA , Ganzi and Boxer in Anaheim but damn not sure how this will translate.
I could also trade Jjakji because NSHS just has 2 Games left but picking up MKP or Polt for him would be a gigantic risk and i don't need a second risk. I just traded FXOKorea for Prime and i hope Prime get a close loss or maybe even a win so i can trade them for FU next week.
Hmm maybe that would be a foolish trade just undid it i think Prime will lose tomorow and i'd lose point for just trading around.
Ok i completely change my mind and traded Tassadar for Boxer . Boxer played so great this last week i just wanna jump on his bandwagon , he could do some serious damage against Prime if they decide to play him.
