Marineking taught me all about MMA’s builds and tendencies. Oh my god this one sentence of the interview is the most amazing. Its like in that movie "enemy at the gates"... the commissar says, "Let me show you where the major is" and leans out the window, getting his brains blown out, to show his friend the major's position so he can kill him in return. Or in DBZ when Goku fought Cell so Gohan could see his fighting style. Or in Star Wars when obi-wan died when fighting vader to motivate luke. Or pretty much ANY other epic sacrifice in something cool. MarineKing sacrificed himself, and in his defeat brought the knowledge polt needed to avenge his master. SO COOL.

Every single time you want him to go down, he doesn't. You think he's about to get knocked out? He fights back. How many times will you have to bet against this guy until he changes your mind? so true!

Also do not forget that he is still studying in the University of Seoul, amazes me how he is able to be champion and keep up his studies at the same time.

Heh, it's not like MKP lost on purpose just so that he could prepare Polt.

He told me to never be overconfident, and as long as I did that I could win. Yay Polt! Totally voted for him as revenge for MKP, though any appreciation I have for Polt seems to just be transferring directly to MKP. <3 MKP :D <-- Shameless fanboy. But seriously, GJ Polt for playing so well and I hope to see Prime do better in the team league.

Tastosis brought the comparisons between Polt (or was that Lyn) and San up before and has concluded that Polt keeps on improving over time while San dramatically turned into a whole different beast in one go. I'm not sure which is exactly better but I suppose Polt would get the most improved player award since his improvements has been more sustainable (San got dropped down to Code A, so did Polt but he won the Code S wildcard) and he has won a championship. Though San did fairly well for being in the semis twice. Lyn and Moon are a little ways behind those two in terms of improvement in my opinion. And they'll continue to grow when they get to practice with both Naniwa and Thorzain. Win-win for everyone. Also I was unaware that Polt was capable of spreading his marines like a boss when he engaged siege tanks in siege mode. I always knew he had some decent micro and manoeuvres, nothing flashy, but that spread made me think that it was MKP playing for a bit. This also happened when he was playing Maka in deciding game 3 when he would just waltz in and demolish Maka's army/economy.
