You miss the point, a person and their career are inextricably linked, Idra is a great player, but you have to mention his bad manner in the same breath. Besides, your statement amounts to "if he plays no games, he will not be successful", which is not a useful statement, solving the issue of why he is not playing games would be useful, but your suggestion amounts to "get his shit together", which is vacuous.
