Also what they said about the 1-1-1 really feels true. Terrans usually play straight up the first game and if they lose (or even if they win) they just 1-1-1 to reset the score again. I can imagine noone using it on ladder because it's really simple to execute so this keeps Protoss from learning to handle it any better.

It's funny because they said the exact same thing on state of the game. How do these shows integrate? I feel like incontrol kind of say the same things in both? Edit. I'm always so confused when someone mentions 'aussies'.. I immidiately think of Austrians ^_^

I can imagine noone using it on ladder because it's really simple to execute so this keeps Protoss from learning to handle it any better. But that's like a really weak argument, protoss not being able to handle the 1-1-1 because they don't get to practice against it on the ladder? Every protoss that has a team can practice against the 1-1-1 in custom games which I imagine they do a hell of a lot because they will run into the build in a tournament environment 100% of the times,so from that point I don't think the terrans are not doing it on the ladder because the don't want people to practice against it,it's just a build that requires, like you said, little to no practice in general to execute and has a really high chance to land you a win, makes no sense to roflstomp John Does on the ladder over and over again, unless you want that #1 GM spot, but I doubt that many pros are actively pursuing it.At least when you go on the ladder as a pro you want to warm up,practice different builds and mechanics or goof off or something.

It's so annoying to hear Idra and iNcontroL scoff at mules and so on and then fill the INSIDE THE GAME show with nothing but exaggeration and irony. And on top of that, when somebody actually gives them an opportunity to talk about the core mechanics (such as mules) all of the hosts are like "what kind of question is that?" Honestly, this has become just one big talk show and yes, it's free and I'm Fing angry because it's another wasted opportunity.
