ItG, Day9 Newbie Tues, AND SotG? I'm not going to be able to do anything on Tuesdays now. I am curious as to what Wheat's show will offer that SotG won't. I also guess that Eplileptic Gaming is offically DOA now?
not to put a downer on the festivities. but isnt another tuesday starcraft talk show with 2/3 people commonly on sotg, joined by people who honestly, dont have much do add to the conversation a bit superfluous?
im all for more content but if we are just gonna hear incontrol, idra and painuser have a discussion, then hear it repeated again the same night on sotg i know which one im gonna listen to. and its the one joined by day9, not wacksteven.
I just want to say, as my first post here on Team Liquid, that I am SO excited to be a part of this. It's been a lot of work, but it's going to be absolutely amazing!
Website looks amazing, can't wait. Already posted some praise in the WoC thread so I'll keep it short and just wish you guys best of luck and a lot of success <3 Which, I'm sure, won't be a problem at all
So where is Epileptic Gaming in that list! don't tell me it got voted off the island! With all those sponsors behind you tell me you're finally getting paid for all the hard work you put into all your shows.
Greg 'IdrA' Fields - Team Evil Geniuses, Co-host Inside the Game
Geoff 'iNcontroL' Robinson - Team Evil Geniuses, Co-host Inside the Game
Taylor 'PainUser' Parsons - Team Lazarus Gaming, Co-host Inside the Game
Omg, another SOTG? Can't wait to watch this show in particular :D
Except this one seems racially balanced, so it'll probably be more insightful. The main problem with SOTG is that both Tyler and Geoff are tosses, and Sean mains as a toss when not random.
wow, there's a name I wasn't sure I'd ever hear again. For a little backstory, OneMoreGame (OMG) was what Epileptic Gaming was going to be called when djWHEAT thought he'd lost the rights to the show (after leaving GGL and CGS).
Very excited to tune in to all the content you'll be dishing out Marcus, I've been a huge fan for many, many years.

By more insightful, I assume you mean iNc has two co-hosts he is a master at trolling. Don't diminish SOTG just because you think Protoss is OP. I am sure that ITG and SOTG will fulfill distinct roles and while there will be overlap, they will exist happily and largely separate from each other.
Day[9] is a voice of resounding reason in all things, especially those trumpet-related ones. Can't hate on SOTG's balance and maintain credibility.
sad at the lack of Epileptic Gaming but hurray shows are finally back. and ahahaha "Episode 69 of Live On Three is brought to you by the letters "G" and "G""
WoC is back!! djWHEAT your shows are awesome and they deserve much more attention than they have gotten so far. Amazing productions. Hoping you'll do well!

It's not even about racial imbalance; it's about how the panel isn't diverse. Really, the main issue for me is that they don't ever discuss zerg games in detail. For example, Tyler only watches protoss GSL matches and Incontrol always says he can't say much about the other races. This makes the segments about GSL/NASL/IPL matches really boring for people who don't play protoss. And please, Day9 hasn't been the voice of reason for the last few weeks, he's been a goofball.
Dont get me wrong this is absolutely awesome and I hope that slasher is in it too on Lo3 and I cant await it and yes, the times might suck for me but I am sure there are vods so thats no problem and I have no idea why you would make "Inside the Game" besides state of the game but I dont really care as I dont watch state of the game either ....
But how did you manage to get a news with 2 lines of text ???
Man, I'm so stoked. Long-time fan of your shows, djWHEAT! I'm a bit curious of Inside the Game though, wonder if it will overlap a bit too much with Weapon of Choice and State of the Game but we'll just have to wait and see!
YES!! finally, the return of WoC. It's been too long. Cant wait to see how all these shows have changed and the direction of everything etc. DJ Wheat you're the boss!
Man, so much content about sc2 it's just ridiculous. I'm loving it!

I've been following bw for years and years and now sc2, so it was always great watching Epileptic Gaming for non-sc/hardcore-sc related gaming news. I was anticipating the return of this show the most. Maybe it hasn't been permanently scrapped, who knows.
Do you realize that on the www.onemoregame.tv site there is basically no link to the justin.tv stream page? You'd think you would embed that or put a big sign that says 'Live Now'.
There is a lot of wall of text, but no actual videos for this video production site.

Hoping you do well, love your stuff.
Eh? I just went there now via your link and there was a big embedded player there saying "live now" that brought up the current live stream. Do you have a browser addon blocking the player?
If you ask me, he was always the coolest. When you think about it, "cool" is a relative term. Since he always was and remains to be the coolest, in some perspectives his level of coolness has not changed.
I just noticed that OneMoreGame's stream channel is listed as a BW stream instead of a SC2 stream. For people who don't know what this show is, you may want to change it.
Finally! You've been missed^^ Can't wait for more WoC (yeah i know it's live now, but gonna listen tomorrow) and Lo3. Will check out the other shows as well. <3 djWheat & co
I live for Live on Three every week, can't wait for the return
And like I told djWHEAT earlier today, thank god you guys just ANNOUNCE it instead of trying to hype it all up without saying anything of note haha, I think this is way nicer
GJ wheat, now there's too much non tournament/game stuff to watch per week.
Just get someone to stream shows and tournaments 24/7 on some site from all the overwhelming number of broadcasts and I'll finally have a replacement for TV
On May 02 2011 08:26 caelym wrote: doesn't inside the game cover the same exact thing as state of the game?
No. I just ask that everyone tune into the show to see how much different it will be. I want to give people the opportunity to interface with three passionate pros that represent each race. We plan to empower the audience with their knowledge. For example, allowing callers to call in and ask questions to the pros directly, or focusing on specific mechanics that are giving players problems and elaborating on them specifically for each race.
Without an episode to present I can understand how people would think this is the same show, but I think after people see our direction, it will make alot more sense.
so am i to take it its pure sc2 knowledge and theory crafting? Because that would be awesome, sotg used to have some of that but it seems more jokey nowadays :[

Seriously, I was worried that when the shows went on Hiatus, Wheat was having RL troubles or something, turns out he was just pulling back to deliver a shit ton of goodness.

I'm really going to miss EG as well. Don't get me wrong, I loves me some focused SC talk and some focused no fluff eSports talk.. But I really liked EG because it felt like just chilling with some friends, having drinks, and talking the week in gaming. Hopefully it's still coming back at some point!

So is it going to be more like Imbalanced than SotG? Exept that Artosis is not invited?
I think ITG and SOTG will be different enough, but even if they aren't, competition is always good for quality and motivation so I expect both Wheat and JP to deliver some quality entertainment. Love that there are mod podcast type shows that I can listen to!

I think that the thing that gets people confused is that Incontrol and to a certain extent Idra are staples of sotg.

Why? I assume they know how to manage their time, they wouldn't commit to both if they didn't think they could do it.

Yes. However, we're going to do things a little differently than we did on djWHEAT.tv. OneMoreGame will have it's own sub, but we're not going to split up the shows, so one sub will technically grab everything. We realize for some they may only be after WoC or Live On Three, but for most it will be an easy one stop sub for all content.
We're in the process of getting the feeds setup and accepted by iTunes, a process that takes time. Once setup, one of my goals is to turn around the content very quickly for the audience who is after the mp3's of the shows.
Speaking of mp3s.... I tried looking at the blip, but it only offered mp4 and m4v. I downloaded the mp4, but it seemed to require quicktime which i found absurd. Downloading the m4v now in hopes i can convert it.
Wondering where the mp3s will be usually. Will they be on the djwheat.blip or omg.tv?

afaik, mp3s will be available via the itunes feed which is being set up at the moment. but djwheat has promised in the WoC thread that they will be aiming to release the video and mp3 on same date in the future.

Unsure about the mp4/quicktime thing. I'm going to have to look into that. I believe this was a one time thing due to the fact that we went over 2 hours (which WoC is typically 90 minutes).
The MP3 will be made available on OneMoreGame.tv and via iTunes. However as I mentioned in previous posts, we're working on getting that interfaced with the OneMoreGame backend so the moment we post the VOD, the MP3 is also available!

If you keep it on seperate feeds you can cancel podcast on your page then request an artist page. You'll get a neat page that will look very organized in the end. I think it would be beneficial for you since you provide so much content.

I will certainly look into that. Thanks for the suggestion. With us going almost exclusively video, we really only want to cater to those "I seriously have no time to watch so hook me up with an MP3" crowd But that might be a better way to separate the info.

That's awesome (since I would consider myself a part of that crowd). Chilling and tanning in the garden while listening to a lot of SC (or esports in general) related content. The summer now can come! Thx for doing this (and the shows!)
I want to personally thank everyone for the kind words about the launch. I feel like I haven't stopped for a second to breathe since we went live sunday, but the hard work is worth it. I just want to say thanks to the audience who tunes in to the shows... without you, well there simply wouldn't be shows!

What's the state of the iTunes podcasts? And will it be using new feeds or the old ones? Cause if it's using brand new ones I will just unsubscribe the old ones. Thanks. So glad you are back! Looking really forward to Inside the Game :D.
Just want to say thanks for doing WoC a Sunday at 11am, means I can watch it live being from Europe.
Missed you while your shows were on hiatus. I'm having trouble getting any of my friends into SC2 (think I've been boring them a bit), so have no one to talk to about starcraft. All this is the best substitute possible, so thanks!
Great show. All three co-hosts were awesome. Didn't know about PainUser nor iNcontrol(because I am new to the whole scene), but they were really cool in 3 different ways. Glad I by fluke chance saw it.
Live On Three is hosted by Marcus "djWHEAT" Graham, Rod "Slasher" Breslau & Scott "SirScoots" Smith and will air today at 7 PM EST.
Episode #70 airs today as first show back, with Mortal Kombat 9's recent release as the main topic of discussion. PowerUp 2011 occurred this past weekend with major tournaments and an EVO qualifier for Super Street Fighter 4, Marvel vs Capcom 3, Tekken 6, and Mortal Kombat 9. To much of everyone's surprise, Mortal Kombat 9 had the most concurrent viewers of any game on stream, and had as much or more hype than Marvel and Street Fighter.
LO3 #70's special guests will be Evil Geniuses' Justin Wong, PowerUp 2011 MK9 Champion Tom Brady, and MadCatz's MarkMan. We will discuss if MK9 can be a stable high-end competitive fighting game with the likes of Street Fighter, Marvel and Tekken, how the game feels from a longtime Capcom player, and if the popularity will continue after the PDP and EVO tournaments. Additionally, there was much controversy at PowerUp regarding bracket changes in SSF4, and accusations that Justin Wong purposely lost to Noel Brown in the Loser's Bracket Finals. Inkblot appeared on Wakeup SRK this morning, Justin and EG manager SirScoots will be addressing these issues.
With our first show back, we also have a slew of other topics, including:
- EG announces $10,000 Starcraft 2 Masters Cup, Liquid's team declines due to server restrictions/rules, strong comments made on TeamLiquid.net and State of the Game from Tyler, iNcontroL, Day9 and IdrA. - NASL, IPL both in full-swing, how are each doing thus far and which is doing the better job - GSL Code S & A updates and predictions, NaDa steps it up, NesTea as the last Zerg hope - MLG officially announces 2011 Pro Circuit schedule, Columbus passes on sale, date conflicts with EVO 2011, PAX West & NY Comic Con - WCG announces Busan, Korea as host city for the Grand Finals, returning to Korea for the first time in 8 years - Competitive Gametype added directly into the console version of Black Ops with the help of the Treyarch dev team, continued support likely - ESEA hosts it's first ever live stream for the S8 finals, same team dominance in 1.6 and Source, the return of Corey Dunn - TSL semifinals this weekend with Kas vs ThorZaiN and NaNiwa vs HasuObs, predictions - Fnatic League of Legends kicked out of EPS due to ringers - ToD leaves Milennium, new team coming? Complexity drops Brazilian CS 1.6 team (NEW SEGMENT COMING next week - Player Transfers for all games) - Carmac announces in tweet that IEM will be on four continents next season (Europe, Asia, America and Dubai again? Maybe Aus) - Dreamhack announces Summer SC2 including return of MC - MC's comments on Flash "definitely doing well in SC2" - eSports Seoul announces $54,000 for CS 1.6, no SC2 due to siding with KeSPA over Blizzard - CSN announces $2.5k Duel & TDM tournament for Quake Live to spark some hype
Two Segments:
- This Week in Hilarity: ESL's Carmac and Joe going 1v1 in SC2; Relay Race challenge issued by TL's HotBid to MLG, every other SC2 team joins in; Swedish players do a commercial for recyling - This Week in FOR SHAME: Noel Brown attacks Smooth Viper at The Break; Royalty Gaming and Mythix eSports get into it at the end of the European Console League Finals, crowd gets rowdy and objects are thrown. VIDEOS FOR BOTH.
Loved the shit out of Inside the Game. Really well put together, flowed good. I loved that there was a tonne of back and forth and not just 1 guy stating his view and it wasn't trashy trolling either. Really helped get points across, a lot more context. The callers were far better than i expected too >_>
Hoping for a lot more examples like that where you get say a ZvT situation explained from both race's perspectives. Helps so much to hear how both sides feel about a certain unit in various situations.

Have some speculation:
Weekend of 2011 ChinaJoy fare (Host of Shanghai Global Challenge 2010) is July 28th-31st, collides with MLG Anaheim Week of 2011 Gitex fare (Host of Dubai Global Challenge 2009) is October 8th-15th, collides with MLG Orlando Week of 2011 Gamescom (Host of Cologne Global Challenge 2010) is August 17th-28th (MLG Raleigh = 26th-28th)
"Featuring a plethora of quality programming you won't find anywhere else, we're dedicated to providing you with an engaging platform that brings the discussion off the forums and to the next level."

Guys, I'm sorry that the RSS feeds (+ iTunes) has taken awhile to get setup. We were originally going to put everything under one RSS, but after discussing it internally we decided to separate the feeds. We didn't want to implement something only to change it later, so this is a high priority for us because we know there is a huge audience who wants to consume the content that way.
I am loving these shows. I have only really found the time to watch content from DJWheat recently, due to the sheer volume of starcraft related content that I like to watch, and have really enjoyed what I have seen on onemoregame.tv. Keep up the good work guys, particularly enjoying the banter on inside the game... iNcontroL is hilarious on that show
Good shows. I get good vibes from DJWheat. If I found you at a party I'd chill by you and talk SC fo sho, even if hawt babes walk by, I wouldnt even care.
Wheat, its not only casters who have to put up with this shit....
I am a professional singer/songwriter and vocal coach. I get people come up to me after shows and give me advice on how to better write or perform/sing, when i ask for their credentials they rarely have any to speak of. Though from the way they talk you would think they had written 100 number one songs and played at Wembley infront of 120,000 people. People just like to feel important or that they know more than they do. On the internet its even worse..... some of my youtube channel comments are just comical...
Keep up the good work dude, and just so you know.... if you ever want to lose the "nasal" sound people complain about, it can be done, with very little effort.... but personally, I like your voice and I assume you like it too... and after all, its only your opinion that matters in this case.
just thought i would say soemthing about the whole team manager thing. I tryed it out right when cgs crashed, had a cs 1.6 team and dota team and sent them out to 3 or 4 lans in 6-8 months and the cs team actually had some pretty big finishes(knocking eg.ca out of a lan and placing 3rd). And getting sponsors is soooo hard because noramlly when you start a team your funding it with your own money. To get that money you have to work alot(you now need money for you to live along with this need for extra money to fund your team) and all that time spent working is now time not spent trying to get sponsors.
Also you have to deal with players, who are constantly nagging you about getting sponsors. Which isnt bad but when they're bugging you to get a vent sponsor(which is easy to get) when you already dropped 20k on a team and they;re worrying about 15$ a month. It's like wtf id rather spend my time on more important things.
Also with team games players can bicker about anything, and you think dealing with sponsors are hard, but trying to play pyschologist to 5 guys...ugh

Can you tell me which game this was in reference to? My observing skills are by no means spectacular, but I do try to improve them based on the feedback that I get. I switch tabs pretty regularly for various things (Income, Units Lost, Units, etc) but if I knew which game you were talking about I could actually reference it.
I have no idea who was in control of the mouse to be honest. It was a match on Xel'Naga, I think it was ClouD vs. Morrow? Could that be? I think it was that game.
One thing in addition to what I said above was that I really missed some information about the upgrades in the later stages of the game. Hope you don't take offense, didn't want to insult your casting abilities, it was just something I noticed in the game (have to admit I watched only one map because I needed to go).

Get half decent at rts first.
Wow dude, do you actually know how tricky it is to get good observing skills? Even the observer in GSL misses several things like drops or small engagements around the map and even he gets flak for it. It's not an easy task and even harder if you're trying to commentate it at the same time. It's ludicrous you should say "get half decent at rts first" when that really has little impact on how good your observing is, sure being a pro may help somewhat, but not so much it's unbearable to watch otherwise. Don't be such an ass.
Well if your observing skills suck and you don't know anything about the game or rts in general, i think it's a valid thing to say (sure could find a nicer way to say it, but since every1 praises casters like djwheat... it will never get better).

That's not true. I get feedback all the time that I take into consideration to try to create a better product for the audience. Whether these are show ideas, observing ideas, etc. to say that it will "never get better" is just utter horse shit. You're talking out of your ass now and you know it.
Seriously, thanks SS, Slasher, Steven and djWHEAT and all the guests that come on. Quality fucking tv dude. Running back home from work to catch my shows every week, I feel like a kid again. (I'm 28!)
I like the Inside the Game quite a bit but the way callers are talked about after the call is finished makes me feel pretty bad for them sometimes. You only have to be the slightest bit empathetic to realise that theyre probably nervous about getting an opportunity to ask their heroes for advice.
Your making fun of them isn't funny or attracting new viewers, you're just ruining some poor guys day by embarrassing the fuck out of him.
I'm a huge fan of idra, incontrol, and you, djwheat, and im not trying to give critisism for no reason. its just the one part of the show that i think could be improved.

I think the caster lineup needs more people like djwheat imo. Someone who is a great "colour" commentator at worst and who knows his spot in a cast. Unlike the other casters who should be filling his role also, but try to analyze and predict whats going on the game when they dont have a clue.

I think just the opposite. This sort of discussion is served fairly poorly under the banner of those participating under both sides. They've expanded the scope of their argument repeatedly to encompass too many aspects to even try to have a meaningful discussion.
edit: and it's getting worse. Way, way, way too many facets to this conversation and nobody is addressing eachother's points, only addressing their own points and reiterating them.
First time I've tuned into WoC and I'm disappointed. This kind of discussion isn't going to get WoC the exposure that wheat deserves, especially with Destiny's horrific opinions being broadcasted so nonchalantly.

Even tho I think you're ugly, and I hate the way you word a backhanded compliment, thanks. ^_^
Just wanted to say i love WoC. Love the honesty from two of the more influental orgas/casters in the scene. I hope Chill and djwheat continues to speak their mind about the scene and dont sell out.
Thanks you so for uploading it all to iTunes! Now I can get my fix of DjWheat and stop listening to all the filler podcasts that I was wasting my time with. <3

Hey DjHweat, just wanna say your shows are awsome and that rant about the ret and catz thing was one of the best things i heared on the internet, right next to the Charlie Sheen interview.
djWheat you rock and don't you ever doubt that just because of some haters! Your show usually starts at 00:00 for me in Portugal and i usually stay up a little bit for it even tho i shouldn't hehe and i finish them in the next day!

ive been having issues with jtv for the last week or so ;/ cant watch anything live at the moment
But, if anyone is reading this a couple of hours after this post then I implore you to watch the blip vod instead, as the show benefits much more from views on blip rather than jtv vods!
I actually love every show on OMG.tv; djWHEAT doing work!
Seriously keep doing what you're doing, I watch all of the shows I can and if I miss them I usually watch the vods, definitely should get inc on as a guest more on the other shows; the man is a riot.
I would like to take some time to thank djWheat and other hosts/guests in OneMoreGame.tv shows. I had to travel for 5 days because of work and what has usually been near bored to death experience turned out to be golden because of all the OneMoreGame.tv content.
I usually don't have time to watch all the shows (only ItG) so before the trip I downloaded 3-5 episodes of every show from iTunes to iPad and suddendly all the flights, train trips and downtime in hotels were filled with djWheats ranting and SC2 content. I was especially pleased to be able download the mp3's of the new episodes from iTunes via airport WiFi like only a couple of hours after the show.
Thank you Marcus "djWheat" Graham for saving my sanity.
I just want to thank DjWheat and the other guys for putting these shows together, it's been awesome so far, loving every show you do and looking forward to Live on 3 tonight.
Like the people above I wanna thank DJWheat for all the wonderful content that I love love love.
Next I wanna say that I was disappointed with the KOT show on 5/27 due to the horrid audio from Incontrol. If it wasn't a mix of buzz saw noises and chops it was the woman disciplining a young boy. Half the time I could hear the woman and child better than DJWheat because the levels on Incontrols end were so fucked.
Incontrol has admitted on occasion that he is not a "computer guy" so this was not a surprise to me that there would be an issue like this, but when his messy setup blocks my enjoyment of the wheat I must protest!!
ban inc till he can figure out how to use a mic/skype pls ty.
Soemthing wrong with the stream? It looks like the frames I'm seeing go in this order: 1,3,2,4, with units moving forward and blipping backward then blipping forward again... this could make me have a seizure
DJwheat, when you commentate with idrA u should follow idras camera and let him control the screen movement. not really anything against you but he inarguably has better multi-task
Idk about that, if idra controls the camera very well then sure, but I would expect a progamer to zip around the map. That gets disorientating and isn't very fun to watch.

the eg (sry i cant remember the exact acronym) team league finals was great. thanks a ton dj wheat and crew. mini wheat's "surprise" showing brought much cuteness. keep up all the great shows and looking forward to the next clan series.

I'm so tired of hearing stupid people say it's a DDoS.....Ever since that destiny thing people learned about DDoSing and they think it's some new thing that causes all lag/disconnects.......
absolutely love the show. Obviously there are things like lag that are big issues, but that aside, I would love to see some ladder games thrown in as well. The custom games against each other are great, and I absolutely love them, but I feel like with the amount of skill available to a house like EG, it would be great to see incontrol play a few games, idra play a few, machine and demuslim play a few.... Throw in the variety! I love seeing all the races played at an incredibly high level!
Loved the footage, it would be amazing if you guys could do some more of this in the EG house, i know you probably want to train hard uninterrupted, but still, i want moar of this! :D Too bad i only caught 2 last games T_T

Most streamers understand that the chat is really just a vocal minority of trolls. While it may seem like a lot of people are complaining, think about the fact that there were like 4000 people watching and at most about 100-150 complaining.

this reminded me of a chill and wheat conversation during one of the older WoCs....it went something like this
chill: "Ok...i'm gonna go ahead and close the chat now, because it's infurating." wheat: "Not the biggest fan of the chat, are you?" chill: "no, not particularly"
And since then, being the chill fanboy i am, i've seen the light and always kept the chat closed unless i wanted to ask someone something etc. I actually try to get into chat like 10-15minutes before the show starts when there is only few people and you can usually find scoots there and wheat and talk to them a bit. They usually talk back and there are no assholes and it's all nice and beautiful. But when the show starts, just close the chat, it will save you a lot of mental pain.
Scoots here! Thanks for tuning in as we messed around and filled in for Marcus while he was finishing up his vacation. No idea where the lag came from tonight as last night we did something similar without these issues. Regardless, we are investigating to see if it is something here at my studio and we DO plan on doing plenty more of this type of stuff once the gang gets settled here in AZ. I did not close the stream down because chat was upsetting me, I find chat a very useful production tool to get near instant feedback on the streams quality. I closed the stream because not knowing what the problem was to then fix, I felt it was better to not continue with what appeared to be a laggy stream to more than the usual few.
Thanks again and we will return to regular programming Wed night with Live on Three!

Yes this has been a growing problem for as long as i can remember. When people say stupid shit like "omg sir scoots killing esports [table flip crap or insert stupid image copy and pasted] I think that is the most damaging towards any esport. I cant imagine what a sponcer would think. I would hate to lose any producer of any of the awesome content we have over frushtration and everything else that goes along with beaing a content producer because in the end they are doing this for us and when 90% of the feedback they get is some stupid remark spammed in all caps or a stupid image i would think thats not the kind of responce they enjoy getting. Now even though 90% of the feedback they get is just shitty, shallow comments i know thats not the full scope of everything but fuck man....I fucking love starcraft and i fucking love the content we are provided and more often then not FREE!! it just upsets me to see the producers recive that kind of treatment. With all that said i will continue to do anything i can do improve things for everyone even if that means bashing my head aginst the so called brick wall we call chat/forums/comments. I like what DJwheat said "One troll at a time" and will continue working towards a better future even if it takes 20 years of my total life time XD
Yeah, it was obvious that Scoots didn't shut the stream down cause of the chat. It was really clear that the technical problems were the cause of the shutdown. And yeah chat is really full of trolls, but that's not a big deal, it's an instant reaction to what is happening on the stream, but it's really nothing to worry about. Today's stream was awesome. We got really good games, awesome commentary, and Idra's freckly arms. All around, a good deal.
Yes Sir Scoots is correct as a content provider having a tool such as chat is awesome but anytime something goes people instantly spam crap thus making chat pretty much useless for a small time. I am confident they are mature enough to ignore chat when need be just i hope from writing all this that maybe i will reach out to a couple of those people who find themselves doing that they will understand shit happens.
Just watched the (admittedly laggy and split up) vods from last night's show and I've got to say it was pretty amazing (technical issues notwithstanding) :D.
I think the majority of people would admit to enjoying hearing Idra talk about the game and commentate as he's playing as he has done previously on his own stream. It really is fascinating to hear someone with that in-depth level of knowledge walk you through everything in and of itself but having iNcontrol there to quiz Idra constantly made the whole thing even better.
I also thought it was funny seeing Idra getting irritated by the hilarious mass hellion antics of Demuslim knowing that they were in the same room together :D

I don't know man ... In the recent shows Wheat shows more and more EG bias ... And that's not what I want to see. Prefer it a bit more "no fluff", then this shit. Kinda renders it pointless to stay up all night to catch a Lo3 or WoC if they're gonna be this one-sided. This WoC wasn't even a discussion. It was EG's Alex Garfield talking, DJwheat agreeing and Milkis being cut off and interrupted all the time Seriously - I'm disappoint !
Is there anywhere we can watch the practice sessions that you had instead of the shows this week I missed them and can only seem to find some extremely small cut up ones 3-7 mins long. If you have a link please share.

This might be because you already had it in your head that EG had done wrong no matter what. The reason WoC looked so 1 sided was partly because of milkis lack of experience in dealing with such matters and partly because there was and is no reason for any anti EG feelings in the first place. Milkis was being cut off because he wasn't articulating himself properly and stumbling over his words.

lol this argument between incontrol and idra is funny )
This is funny, Idra lives by promoting "strong mechanical play" but then doesn't agree that Huk is loads better even though he describes Huk as the bw idra, "uncreative, mechanical"
Every episode contains all 5 formats to that episode, making it unreadable to my Android phone and makes the downloads unnecessarily gigantic for my iTunes. I really really want to get in on this good stuff but I just can't until you guys fix that.

I'm also doing marketing as a part of my education and IncontroL has a gigantic fanbase regardless of his tournament results. He's been a member of this community for years and has always been respected for it. He's also more photogenic than anyone else on Team EG, and possibly even in NA SC2. I hate to see what type of grade you're getting in your marketing classes because you don't seem like you know much.
Peyton Hillis is on the cover of Madden. His team was like 6-10 last season. Marketing does not have to be anything about results.

iTunes and RSS have been working the week prior, and I cannot find them anywhere on onemoregame.tv. I was more wondering if the lack of vods and podcasts had to do with the new Justin.TV signing by DJWheat.

VODs are normally posted at onemoregame.tv under the Archive tab. However, since there's sometimes a long lag before that happens, you can go to the twitch.tv channel and see the recordings of past streams there, where you'll find more recent shows. It's at http://www.twitch.tv/onemoregametv
Just graduated with a Ph.D in advanced marketing studies and I can guarantee that IncontroL is the smartest choice. Anyone who says different is just flaming :p
"uncensored commentary you've come to know and love!" EDIT :r removed by poster To clarify, I think somethings should be censored and unacceptable. More people whould be watching it.
Which is horrible, and the site is layed out that you should be able to just see the VODs from there. It's a work around to view them. But I watch less because I have to hunt through the terrible twitch.tv layout and can't just go to the site and see it right away.

Seconded
Thirded, I can't ever watch live and the only time I really do have to sit down and listen to a podcast that long is when I'm driving so the iTunes podcast method worked best for me.

Fourth'd - I usually only ever heard it on iTunes podcast DL while working. This would be good to throw in again.
Seriously OneMoreGame.tv, is your website defunct? You haven't uploaded VODs of any of your content in nearly four months. I see new news clips from the 5th, but the last archive VOD of LO3 is from back in December.
You might have them on Twitch, and that's fine, but its really tacky to have to search through the five EGMCSL clips to find the LO3 I wanna watch. I love your shows, and the website used to be a great resource for me, but now why even go there? I don't think it's good when the website for your new group of shows doesn't even have to be visited because Twitch TV has all of the VODs that onemoregame.tv hasn't had in three months.
Can someone explain to me the part of the commercial with the red hyper X? Was it the Idea of Incontroll or the Idea of the guy asking Machine to make it happen? The guy clearly is in fear.Is it Because he is afraid he can't fullfill Incontrolls wish or is it because Incontroll would not approve? I am at a loss here, my sociopathic personality disorder is hindering me to get it, please help.
It's pretty disrespectful that EG.Incontrol keeps refering to diamond league players as "NOOBS" on your show. You guys should pay more genuine respect to your fan base

You probably shouldn't get offended over peoples opinon on a completely subjective term. Less you be irritated every time someone uses the word "pro" or "skilled" or "meta" or any other wealth of words that people use in a billion different ways.

Err. Its not an insult, and why should he "respect" your ability to play the game when by definition you don't play it well, more to the point why are you so offended if you think incontrol thinks you are a noob, its a talk show where opinions are expressed, not one to flatter your precious ego. And if you really think you are just a diamond in the rough, anyday now going to unlock your full starcraft potential, why do you need Inc to vindicate and validate your skill as a player? Again that is not his job as a talking head.

I am not personally offended because I no longer play this game. I am merely surprised - though I realise I shouldn't be - how inconsiderate someone like incontrol is.
By definition, diamond league players make up roughly the top 20% of the overall SC2 population leaving aside Master League and GM which are both tiny compared to the other leagues.
I'm merely suggesting that incontrol still has much to learn about how to treat those people he ultimately depends on...

I'm masters, and I think it wouldn't be doing the proper respect to Incontrol's or any pro player's skill if he didn't refer to people like me (or below) as noobs. Honestly if some diamond player is offended by being called a noob by a pro player then they probably aren't thick skinned enough to play SC2, with how hard a game it is and how much bm and immaturity that comes with it being played on the internet.

So wait, your offended for a third party? Excuse me while I laugh my head off. Frankly, your argument is total shenanigans, as I would posit that Inc isn't being inconsiderate, "noob" doesn't mean that your a moronic idiot that doesn't know left from right, it just means, for whatever reason, you don't play SC2 at the top level currently. I'm comfortable being called a noob, I make stupid mistakes and fuck up regularly, and I think most people below pro level are okay with saying that they are varying degrees of bad.

DIamond league players are fucking terrible, I'm diamond, I know.
It's not inconsiderate to state a basic fact that the entire community recognizes...>_>

Err abuse? Lets review: I state that I find your argument silly, I restate this by calling your argument shenanigans, and to clarify here, my intention was to say that part of the reason I find your post so silly is that you are offended on behalf of an imagined third party for reasons that are quite unreasonable in themselves. I don't think anyone thinks that could be called abuse, certainly not ad hominem. In closing you should perhaps consider the advice you gave, that I cannot handle the fact that people don;t have the same viewpoint as mine, well guess what, you put your opinion out on a public forum and that is an option invitation to critique it, so don't suddenly act surprised when I and others call you out on holding an opinion that is not only unfounded but in addition based on the feelings of an imagined third party.

hahahaha Excuse me, I'm not meaning to put words in your mouth, so I'll restate it again, in your original post (and clarified later) you created an imagined diamond player that would be offended by Inc calling diamond players noobs, this is what being offended on behalf of someone means, and is how I used it in this context. -ps the source of my merriment is your tone that you've taken, which is akin to if I had defiled the grave of your grand mother which hilariously inappropriate. :D

Stop getting worked up about a passing comment some guy made on a internet show, it's not important.
Diamond league players are noobs. if they think they are not, they are delusional. Diamond league is like, division 3 football. Yeah, they are better than most people, but there are a good amount of people still better than them. They aren't playing in big time college football conferences and they certainly aren't the NFL.
Lets get real here. I will explain eloquently how the term "noob" came aboout.
Back in, well a long ass time ago, just shortly after the asteroid hit that terminated the dinosaurs, there was a bad ass mole running around. This wasn't an ordinary mole, this was a fucking brown mole. You may find yourself asking, wtf is a brown mole?, well let me tell you its a fucking mole, thats brown.
Moving on now, this mole happened to be the shit at playing throw the seed into that big ass hole in the tree. All the other moles weren't quite that good. Whenever mr. brown mole would beat the other moles, they would often cry.
Mr. brown mole wasn't a mean guy, he always tried to cheer people up. To keep the other mole's from getting discouraged he would tell them " its ok, everyone is a newbie when they start."
After that, a bunch of other shit happened and we, human beings, came around. We invented the internet and somewhere between there, newb, turned to noob, which somehow tends to hurt 13 year old's feelings.
Will LO3 and ITG ever be back on itunes? Anyone associated with the show please answer if you know. It sucks that they are no longer being updated on itunes because I can no longer listen in the car. Twitch app only plays live stuff.
PLEASE! Love the show, love it even more in traffic jams.
