NASL isn't processing your VISA, JustinTV is. It entirely depends if they're doing it realtime or after the fact however as to whether your financial institution/VISA is immediately holding/denying the transaction, or, if their verification handling pre-payment is denying the card number/security code. In any case it has worked for others in Europe so perhaps it was something with the systems at that point in time or the cards for the few having issues....who knows.
At the end of the day the transaction will hit VISAnet and then it's out of everyone's hands but VISA at that point in time to approve/hold/deny the transaction.

I know that that is not cool, but I kind of smile when I see something like that, as a web developer. Someone didn't quite think their database query all of the way through, and didn't think that matches on day X would still be upcoming until late in the day. I've fallen prey to similar things in the past.

Uhmmm... I've got my pass... watching the game and constantly getting ads... wasn't it supposed to be ad-free? Am I doing something wrong? If anyone knows - help me out here! =)

I think its something with the encoding or they were purposely trying to match the quality of the BW Vods from back in the day 
TL:DR: A bit too fuzzy for 480, almost looks like they upscaled 240.
