Team World 4 - 2 Team Korea
WHAT Casual chat and interview with the players at the GOM Foreigner house after the team league today.
TIME The time scheduled for this is at KST23:50, 31/March/2011 today so be sure to tune in if you have questions for your favorite foreign players!
HOW You can also post questions in this thread and I will try to pick some out before I start streaming, but it's best if you ask LIVE. This is a casual and fun interview and I will be taking questions on chat. I will upload a VOD of it later.
ABOUT I am sure many of you are going to be excited about knowing more about Sen since this is one of the first major international tournament he is being featured in. As I can speak both Mandarin and English, I will be doing direct translation of questions for him on the stream.
Players living in the house right now: FXOmOOnGLaDe (z) Fnatic.TT1 (p) Mouz.Morrow (z) mTwDimaga (z) White-Ra (p) Fnatic.Sen
^ will also be on the stream taking questions turn by turn. Get your notepads and get questions ready!!
I'd really like to hear more about what Dimaga thinks about his upcoming games versus Nestea. I mean somebody with a perfect ZvZ score is obviously going to be a hard opponent, what sort of mindset do you have for the game? Agressive or defensive strats? Do you plan to react to your opponent or take the lead early on? Pretty much anything that can give us an insight into how you are preparing for the match.
@Morrow, have you been able to get into the head of MC? We know his PvZ is godly and I don't know what kind of experience you have with korean protoss users (please tell) but are you able to spot any weakness in his agressive warpgate style?
@Moonglade, why so handsome?
@White-Ra, why such a baller?
@Fnatic monsters, you guys are really pulling hard for the world team, good job guys. (not really a question but needed to be said).
Please tell Moonglade we expect him to learn a dance routine that Secret use, and to perform it as a ceremony if he is needed to play tomorrow and does win =)
@MorroW: What was your exact gameplan for your first match on television? Did you have anything prepared especially against every korean gamer or did you improvise? Do you feel preparing for MC will work out better now you know whom you will play? (Good Luck against MC, you are gonna do this!)
@ Sen What do you think about your game against MarineKingPrime.WE. What were your thoughts that he built his Commandcenter right in the vision of the geysire, so you could see it? Were you worried, he might cancel and go for an all-in push?
@ Jinro Where did you get that new look? Did you ask Elky for help ? Do you think you will play in the exhibition match and if so, will you be able win the whole thing for "Team World" or - in other words - are you confident in your skill right now?
Thank you Kelly for your contribution, really appreciated Would love to know what time it is for the CEST Timezone (would be nice if someone could answer this to me via PM, thx^^).

To whoever feels like answering: How have they enjoyed each others' company thus far? Did they do anything special like going out somewhere to break the ice and get to know each other?
@ Dimaga Is he more confident to play ZvZ first round in the World Championship than the time he faced Fruitdealer in the finals of the 17173.com World Cup from the beta. Does he think that he may be suprised by the ZvZ of a korean zerg.
@ Morrow 1. Do you think mutas might be the answer to the MC style(which is warpgate pushes) 2. Does patch 1.3 change make ZvP more playable(mostly infestor changes)
@White-Ra: The last time you were in Korea you beat one of the best Progamers in history, Slayers_Boxer, do you think you'll be able to pull another huge win over a very strong Korean player this time around?
Why is TT1 so good? How does it feel to beat GSL champs? Who is the secret weapon/ sniper? Who are they most worried about (in the Korean team)? How is the team camaraderie? Is Artosis a genius coach? Are any of them going to stay in Korea for GSL? Is Artosis going to go balls out in the NASL?
Are any of them planning to stay a little bit longer (talking to the guys who just came over for the GSL World Championship, not people like Jinro & mOOnGLaDe..)?
He got a gym subscription, where they have a big swimming pool, or something like that. So if he works out his GF lets him play. At least from what I remember.

If I understood correctly, he bought a year pass to a fitness club with his wife, so they can spend time there together, when he sits a lot in front of the computer he has to go work out to keep his health.
Just wondering, where are all the players like Spades that live in the foreigner house? Were they kicked out to let those guys in for the Worldchampionship?

Can you ask them if they plan to practice specific strategies to use on certain players?
Well, I did enjoy the video but seriously the 1:54hr length could have been reduced to an hour. Half of it was awesome, the other half was kelly choosing to pick useless questions from chat ("Sen, who do you think is cuter, MKP or NaDa?") or swooning over Moonglade like an annoying, starstruck fangirl. More Starcraft, less useless, time-wasting fluff!

I disagree, I liked the "time-wasting fluff", gives us some humourus answers instead of only hearing about FFs being hard to deal with etc for the 2724th time.

Who is he talking about>?
tt1, too bad he went on a tear on GOM comps, so the complaint is just a lollertroll.

We get that from every other interview.
Ya I agree. I actually skipped past some of the comments on balance. I hear enough of that from other places.
If I remember correctly justin.tv lets you select "highlights" of videos? You can use that to break up the videos for youtube, I think, though I'm not sure, I only know because CatZ did it once ^^;
I cna't even understand mandarin but i love hearing the language still, maybe because i never hear it much anymore, but hearing you interview sen was my favorite :3
A bit off topic but listening to this interview makes me wonder how people ever hear the sounds "ching chong ling long" when listening to people speak chinese
Do it please, would really like another interview. Sure they lost, but they put up a great fight. Really, really awesome day. Hope they agree to do one
Nothing beats watching white-ra and dimaga playing, such great solid players I hope they appear more and more at international events, I couldn't ask for anyone else to represent the foreign community at a world competition. Great work!
I like these more candid pre-game and post-game interviews on top of the more formal ones that GOMtv does. Their time constraints don't really allow for too much to be said.
