Some of them have the potential to reach Ro16, but with the way they've been playing lately, it's pretty safe to generalize that they all deserve to be around the Up/Down matches and no further than Ro32 Code S.

Rain, joookto, moon, have not shown any unique skillsets or talents that deserve a coder s rating, I will be rooting for maka, leenock or cezanne. Really too bad for liveforever, hopefully with his baller gamertag he will "Liveforever" even though he will serve some military service!!!
