You generally decide when you start your military service. If you have been residing in Korea, I believe you just have to do it sometime before when you are at a certain age (late 20's, but don't quote me on that). Some people do it right after high school and some do it during or after university. | ||

To everyone who shits on Rain, go watch any of his other games and you'll realize it took more than just luck to become a finalist.
