KOTS is on hiatus until I can find a sponsor; TeamLiquid has changed the requirements for events and KOTS will no longer be featured. This change is for the better as conflicting events were definitely becoming a headache. I still plan to cast during that time frame, I just cannot be giving out $45 a week without viewers -- I was hoping the numbers would be high enough to find some sponsors.
Before RageQuit, I gained popularity by doing daily casts from high level replays. Now I am bringing that back with King of The Show(KoTS). Basically I two high ranked players and have a Bo5 Show Match between them. The winner will get invited back to the next Show Match; if they can't make it we will invite them another day. The winner of the showmatch currently gets $15, it is coming out of my pocket so the prize pool is subject to change.

FAQs
Q: How do I get picked for the King Of the Showmatch?
A: Unless I have a really notable player lined up, at about 19:30est; I go through my friend list and just ask people. If you are above 3k Diamond and show interest please PM me and I will give you my RealID so you are near the top of the list. This is pretty much a "have fun" night therefore minimal planning/organization goes into it.
Q: I want to purchase advertising on one of your shows.
A: I am always looking for sponsors to help fund events as it comes out of my pocket currently and I can't fund that forever. Please PM me here or email me. ipp[at]ragequit[dot]tv
Q: Where can I got the VODs?
A: All VODs will be added to a playlist on own3d, some daily's will consist of multiple videos as I will split up matches. Generally VODs should be available withing 12 hours but at the moment Own3d is switching to a new system and it will probably be ~48 hours for this week.
Q: I never see you live.
A: We are not a featured stream, therefore chances are you will have to click on the "Show non-featured streams" on the right side.

Why aren't you featured? You and the others at RageQuit.tv provides serious tournament commantary on a regular basis.

99% Of the time we stream, it is a featured event so there was no reason to ever promote us. Additionally, if I ever give the TL guys a day notice they will list an event for me. Undeniable Tournament and Level Up are featured events. KoTS is just unorganized fun I doubt it will get listed as an event. I really hate organizing a show matches because people will tune in to see X Player and something will come up making us swap him out.

You could always bring in someone else to do the organizing part of it, so that you only have to show up and cast the matches.
In fact, this is something I feel most casting networks should do. When casting tournaments the casters are quite often in between games msging players asking for a spot to their next game. If the two casters had a third person lining up games there'd be many more games casted.

Works great for tournaments as people will watch the tournament for many people; as you generally have a plethora of matches to cast.
With a Show Match you people expect to see those two players facing off, it gets listed as those two players, etc. It's not a huge prize pool as it is a frequent event; so if a player can't show up he gets subbed out, not a big deal. However it was advertised as Player A v Player B when in reality it is Player A v Player C -- which can be frustrating. Many people will join the chat and be like wheres Idra it says he is playing!

It might be better to leave out the 3k part. With ladder resets and constantly inflating point totals it won't be long before 3k is low diamond/unattainable and you'll constantly have to update the thread to keep up. Better to just say something like "top 2%" or similar.

Dear Ipp,
We missed your observing skills at DC Cybergrounds LAN #3. Hatchetwound and myself are terrible observers. The tournament was lots of fun, and everyone kept asking where the Ragequit guy was. When I told them he was at home, they asked why he wasn't casting us. I said I didn't know. We were sad. I am submitting this letter to my third grade writing assignment.

Big thanks to Forsen + Socke for putting up a great series on such short notice. I will return tomorrow at the same time for another epic series. Between who? I'm thinking between VTSpades and VTRevenge, they should put on some interesting games as I'm sure they have played many games and this may be one of the last times I get to cast Spades as he is moving to Korea in the near future! Hopefully they will be available; but if not I'm sure I will find a good replacement ^^.

Unfortunately was busy in the afternoon and its a hour drive T.T - I'll be at the next one and probably a few dinners, it's not like I moved to Alaska or anything. I'm sure you were a great observer unless you let hatchet drink too many yahoo's.

As the NESL Go4SC2 Semi's/Finals got postponed to tonight and the FXOpen is taking even more high level players. The Finals of NESL will also be my KOTS event.
The two semi's are Blur/Killer and MoMaN/Select -- I will be covering the MoMaN/Select games and what is left of the Blur/Killer.
