Among the Koreans, I don't know that there's much too interesting to talk about (except maybe the big week for FruitDealer, going from 169 to 11). The mystery man is still way up there, after another good week. Terrans don't have quite the stranglehold on the very top, but they're still doing quite well as a whole. The 3 randoms is an all-time high for the Korean top 200, although nowhere close to what has been seen on some other servers.
However, that is not the record I'd like to draw the most attention to. Huk's 1st account has attained the highest top 200 ranking of any foreigner since Blizzard started publishing them, at 7th! He is not the only one to have a good week among the foreigners though. Jinro had a good rise from 104 to 58, Huk's 2nd account debuted at 62, Ret went from 93 to 83, and Haypro went way up from 181 to 106. I hope the liquid guys still had ample new years' celebration among all that laddering! Idra also had a bounceback week, from 126 up to 110. In fact, SEn was the only one that dropped, and it was just a small one from 92 to 98.

Perhaps the mystery Zerg will soon reveal himself to be the Foxer of the Zerg race.

I would assume the mystery zerg is a smurf account? Unless there is some awesome unknown talent out there.. maybe some Korean liquid members can get the oGs guys to translate/find out who it is..

Hehe that reminds Deadman (apm70 from wc3 ladder) when he had 3-4 accounts top10 at europe ladder. He said it was faster to get games this way as he could search games much faster. When game is find by AMM he just cancels rest of account games and plays that game. Sometimes he faced his own accounts but then just giving freewins and raising ladder rank :D

I'm really surprised Zerg is doing so well since they still seem so UP overall. There's a few amazing Z players but obviously it's just because they're amazing @ SC2 and could do so with any race.

Huk was actually at 4. on the top 200 4 days ago but havent played that account since thats why he dropped to 7 when they made this top 200 and is right now 11.

Zerg has such a low population because people feel it is the hardest to win consistently with since it's so easy to make one small mistake and be annihilated for it whereas the other races can make multiple mistakes and still keep in the game. People will generally always take the easiest way out.

I was under the impression that korea thought protoss was underpowered at this point in time. I can never remember that payxp link that keeps track of it. It's here: http://www.playxp.com/sc2/jingjing/Protoss are still in the lead, though it's been decreasing recently and Zerg have been increasing.
Another thing to note is that the number of total votes cast is in decline. In the past there were easily 1,000+ people voted daily but these days it's about 200~300 at most it seems.

Because ladder is mostly based off number of games played. And many top players play custom in-house games so they fall on ladder. So while ladder may show who is good, it's not a great indicator of who is better than who.
Either way, it's still super impressive that Huk is up there. Real happy that he's doing well

No it's not... is it? Why would it be? Minus bonus pool, which anyone in top 200 can get rid of.

Why would you not want imbalance highlighted? AFAIK about 20-25% of all people play zerg, so this seems fairly balanced? People just look for any reason to scream imbalance. Zerg has such a low population because people feel it is the hardest to win consistently with since it's so easy to make one small mistake and be annihilated for it whereas the other races can make multiple mistakes and still keep in the game. People will generally always take the easiest way out.
This is a misconception, even when zerg was horrendously OP in beta with God-mode armored roaches that took 1 supply, it was no different.
