I'd say it's one of the worst things to talk down on someone who you've just defeated. Being a bad loser is bad, but being a bad winner is much more terrible. Classic case of "backfired".

It was a good game, I want my opponent to know I thought it was a gg aswell as sometimes mark that it's pretty clear I've won. Aswell as I don't gg if I don't think it was a fun game, don't care what others think it's my experience that matters when I play a game to have fun. If I gg and my opponent finds it offensive then he's being stubborn and deserves whatever selfinflicted rage he suddenly feels.

What you don't see is that he's actually been proxy gating me the entire time. About halfway through the conversation I got suspicious but played along while scouting and discovered gateways in my natural. After a brief struggle I established a good wall and completely shut down his zealots, which he continued to make anyways. I spent the rest of the fairly short match crushing him.

No no, offensive gg is when you are on the offense and you gg. It's not called that because you are offending people.
And offensive gg is universally considered bad manner. People will try to waste your time a lot more (planting pylons everywhere, floating to a corner) just because it's considered incredibly rude. If you aren't trying to make people angry, then wait for them to gg. If the game is over like you think it is, then just waiting for your opponent to gg shouldn't be that hard. It is courteous.
