I mean he could sponsor a whole team with how much he is getting payed and still have enough to live. Kinda like when LA Galaxy bought David Beckham? Or.. when Real Madrid bought David Beckham LOL? Or when Mirko CroCop earns more in the shitty fight vs Mir than Lesnar and Velasquez together in likely the biggest title fight in the history of UFC?
You are deluded if you believe skill is the most important when it comes to sponsorship things.

I wih he take TLO and force him to stay in korea

270,000/3 = 90,000 ...that should be more than enough to pull from the BW leagues...
Jaedong, Flash, SlayerSBoxer, Iloveoov anyone?
I think the internet would collapse under the power of that team.

Never know, EG is also in part sponsored by Intel. But being realistic, most likely not. Boxer will probably just recruit a bunch of nobodies and spawn many more iloveoov bonjwas to dominate the SC2 scene. YOU MUST CONSTRUCT ADDITIONAL BONJWAS.

Yeah, seriously. It's disappointing to hear how little business sense some people have. Some people just totally miss the point on why companies decide to sponsor things.

I understand why this happened, but just because I understand why it happened does not mean I need to agree with it. Yeah he has TONS more name recognition then anyone else, and for that reason it was probably a good idea to sponsor him from a business standpoint.
That being said, as a spectator, I would like to see more people sponsored then one person who is famous for a different game, and while he is good, he really hasn't produced anything spectacular yet. I would rather see a large number of people sponsored because odds are out of that group you will find a few who could be the next flash or Yellow for SC2.

Naturally he'll pick up Foxer!

this is pretty huge for sc2!

Good stuff - can't wait to see the team. Plus you know you've made it e-famous when tech blogs are using TL as a source. (Tomshardware lol)
