We still love you snuggly bear, <cuddlez>

Makes sense if the rumor is true. The most financially stable NA team with the best roster of players across all the top games. Their SC roster is arguably the weakest of the lot (sorry guys) so IdrA joining would round it out nicely.

change the title (and the OP)
GosuGamers (http://www.gosugamers.net/starcraft2/news/12979-idra-partners-with-eg) IdrA partners with EG Posted by Karsten "pYRo" Haendly 1 hour ago The American player Greg "IdrA" Fields signs up with team EG, IdrA confirms in an interview with aAa after his GSL opening match.
What only was a hint from Tasteless on yesterday's GSL stream, now gets confirmed by IdrA himself, stating in an interview with aAa that EG "supports [him] for the GSL and other international tournaments."
IdrA very well-known in the StarCraft scene as he is one of the foreign players who tried his best in the Korean programing life. Over three years ago he started out to Korea, living first with eSTRO and eventually with CJ Entus. Although he never had an appearance in TV with StarCraft Brood War, the opening match of the new GSL in StarCraft 2, featuring the American star, was broadcasted world-wide.

Yeah, there's also a translation of that french aAa interview a few posts above. Maybe they should copy that stuff to the OP so that people actually notice it.

Grubby seems to be very happy with this team, although he's the only S-Player in their roster. The fact alone, that they could hold him for 1,5 years now shows how solid and stable EG is in their management etc. I would asume that this is the main motivator for Idra. He does'nt need a good SCII team. He just needs a robust organisation and appealing salary.
with there 1.6 team, grubby and now idra they will be s class is each game! It was that way for DotA as well before Merlini left EG

There are a few balance details have to be fixed, but the core is really really good. If I had to change something I would remove the Multiple Building Selection and I would modify it because it will make macro to easy, even if it's fine today. This game has the potential to be huge in esports.
Thank you for the translation!
This last question is interesting...I wonder how exactly IdrA would want to modify MBS

Good for IdrA if this turns out to be true. I'm sure it will be nice for him to understand his practice buddies now when playing

Gotta win the tournaments to get the major respect from the elitist TL crowd.

Haha, EG is awesome. Get LZ to train Machine 24/7, we really need another zerg all-star aside from Idra and Dimaga!

You and those many others must not have played broodwar? lol...
Good choice from IdrA as far as I can tell. Although no korean team which is disappoint. EG has decent funding which is what IdrA needs. CJ be missing out.

You really shouldn't post something like this on a Starcraft site with it's roots in Broodwar if you don't know your Broodwar players ;D A huge amount of posters on TL know who the EG guys are.

EDITED WITH A MORE EXACT QUOTE
Tasteless said "By the way, idra just signed with team EG after leaving the CJ team, and I am actually on team EG as well as a Starcraft division leader right now. So he's no longer on CJ, he's wanted to be on a north american team, and EG has got a lot of players like Justin Wong, Grubby, people like that, so a very exciting moment for him as well. " Exact Quote from gom VOD. Not exactly a hint lol.

So seems that it is already confirmed. Good luck, IdrA!
