in other words, idra dont respond well to harass and crumbles to "skill-less newbies".
I agree. But hopefully idra has learned from that experience. And to make myself more clear (about idra winning), I think idra needs to get a feel for what this type of harassment is capable of, and be willing to spend a little on spores and extra queens. A front door nydas worm like the 2nd game with jAnGyUk can work very well by putting pressure back on, while not making jAnGyUk's mistakes.
Damn this is very intense isn't it ^_^ especially when you are on Idra's side. An opponent that tries to use ghost at its max potential and does ghost drops. Like were hunting down these players and are trying to figure every piece of information before engaging them.
EEDRA FWIGHTINNNNNNNNNG. He's got this i'm sure, Theres top tier koreans, then theres a large gap between them and the players who are at the top of the ladder. IdrA will easily make it into top 8, unless he plays a few more terrans on the way.

Cella did win all the games I watched this morning but I tell you that cella told us he was very used to playing vs. this guy and if you are not prepared for his insane micro and ghost ability you will be overrun and unable to focus.
I hope idrA has looked him up.
Judging by the large number of ladder games he has on the Korean server, I'm pretty sure IdrA has a pretty good feeling for most of the players that he'll have to face. Then again, he does have very particular views: I still remember him saying how WeRRa is basically a clan of cheesing noobs or something to that effect.

I saw this guy playing against cool. He got a nuke off and that was fun lol. Actually mayb we will get to see IdrA rage at a Korean for once LOL
"You r very good at Nuking.... Nuking is a very good skill toi have"

btw, do Idra ever BM in Korean matches?
i don't think so, i think in an interview he did while living in the CJ house, he said he respected the korean players because they were obviously better than him so he didn't BM
But that's because the Korean players were so much better than him in SC1. But he's clearly among the best in SC2...
Agreed. I don't think IdrA is going into this like a true "foreigner." He has experiences against all of these players. He has contacts within Korea who can likely give him the low-down on individual opponents. He's probably done practice matches with the different clans there.
In short, I think IdrA will be ready for this guy.

I would really hate playing against that as Zerg. Loosing queens hurts macro a lot. Also, remaking overseers is soooo gas intensive. Who knows, maybe this will be one of the first pro games I've seen where spore crawlers actually do something useful
I think I'm going to wish for the return of scourge (in HotS) after this game...

Here says: "The format will be single elimination. (Bo3 for Ro64~Ro8, Bo5 semi, Bo7 finals)" (i was hoping for RR group rounds too, but nope; i think groups are more interesting)

This is what I'm thinking. Idra himself has said that korean terrans suck on ladder. They are the cheesiest, most uorthodox players so you'd think Idra would've been able to repel the 5 rax reaper rush of Morrow's. Morrow hadn't even been working on his reaper micro for THAT long either.

I wouldn't call Morrow a skill-less newbie. Putting pressure on like he did takes a lot of effort and doesn't allow for slip ups. Not taking anything away from your argument that IdrA need(ed/s) training in that area, it doesn't help that his opponent plays terran of course.

Maybe it's time to start taking Idra's words with a grain of salt?
