The extra voices you are hearing on destiny's stream come from sc2gears.
You here the announcments for the auto-replaysave. I think he uses Smix Korean.

I ran the Repair.exe about an hour ago. It seems to be going really slowly.

Currently, it says:

BLIZZARD REPAIR
Detected Installation: C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II
Detected Expansions: Wings of Liberty
Detected Locales: enUS, zhCN
Detected Version: 18701

Checked 7292.4 MB of 16221.4 MB

It's going really slowly. It's been in the 7000s for awhile now.

Is this supposed to happen?

Yes it is supposed to happen. While this is happening Repair.exe is downloading the files.

You can just add MPQ with your own files (and no other files inside created MPQ) and put into LibertyMulty folder.

No replacement and no redownloading for Repair.exe

5. go to the Variables.txt (On Windows7 /Documents/StarCraftII/
6. change localeidassets to what you like (i.e. localeidassets=koKR)

So i did this as the thing said (on page 7) and it went to korean... Then upon next load of sc2, back to english...wtf?

Do i have to somehow delete the enUS ? When i do repair it shows both.
And it was runnig korean for ONE load (when i reloaded sc2, it wasnt korean anymore)
Also went into variables after it switched back to english, and the localidassets line is gone....?

I bought the Taiwanese version of the game but I want to have the menus/voices in english, so I tried the repair method which changed the load screen to English, but when I try to log into battle.net it says I need an authorized language pack from Blizzard. How do I get around this?

Still waiting for a reply if someone could help me it would be great...
I added the koKR txt, used repair, it downloaded the files.
Edited the localID or w/e to koKR
Loaded up sc2 (NA) all good.
Closed it, opened it again, back to english.
wtf????

i believe this does not work anymore after the new patch. I couldn't join games after the patch had to reinstall, now i tried doing this again but repair.exe will not run with koKR txt.file in versions folder. Anyone else have this problem?

Repair.exe runs fine without koKR txt.file

I think it is because the game hasn't been patched in Korea yet. I wasn't able to play any games on bnet (NA) because I had played around with this earlier. Had to search my SC2 folder for all files containing koKR and delete them.

It will probably work again once all regions are patched.
