GSL doesn't do the OSL format(Day's suggestion) because they don't want to see tiebreaker games(i.e. the epic go.go, shine, effort fiasco that occurred in Korean Air OSL1).

100% agree with day[9]. 1-0 vs 0-1 in GSL code S ro32 is weird, unpredictable, and hard to follow.

i don't know who is actually being serious here. I think Gretorp is serious. InControl is definitely trolling. But Tyler and Day9 i'm not sure. Not sure if they are even listening.

I can't handle Gretorp talking.

He is just complaining about the difficulties of the race. It's like saying "Man.. those Zealots in ZvP.. you gotta like.. build units to beat them.. when I would rather Drone.. man it sucks.."

Gretorp's experience is NA ladder and MLG yet he is giving an emotional analysis as though he is MVP, winning GSLs and playing among the best players in the world every day, one of his reasoning for Terran being underpowered is "I see Zergs go 12 infestor". What?

MVP's explanation was LEGIT. It was about the map sizes and how Terran lacks the mobility and reinforcement possibilities that Z/P have.

Incontrol and Tyler are SMART when they speak, they speak from a pure analytical standpoint. Their explanations of PvP currently and in the future were amazing. Sure, Incontrol and Tyler aren't playing in GSL every day, but they understand the game on the deepest of levels. Gretrop is speaking from emotions and makes no real sense.

I'm cringing as I listen to this.

Uh, Gretorp was answering the fucking question. He didn't come out of the blue and say "terran is worst race". I would rather hear somebody give their honest opinion rather then hear people say " its balanced" like nony/tyler/incontrol usually say despite many balance changes happening since release. And he may be right in many ways. I definitely feel like my best matchup is zvt. However, in tournaments I feel terran is stronger because they are more resilient to cheese.

If you want to bitch about somebody answering this question honestly, bitch at JP for asking the question.

I think Day meant MSL. Tiebreakers would really suck

I believe his main point was controlling the 'tempo' of the game. Guess what controls tempo? Things like mobility and reinforcements. You hate on him but agree with him at the same time.
