He started out with SotG 1.0, which was alright-ish but deteriourating fast. Then he made Real Talk, which is nothing short of brilliant. Now he offers us SotG 2.0, which is so much better than the old one in terms of production, content, manner of discussion and just a treat to listen to all over. It mightn't have the big namepower 1.0 had, but other than that it has improved on any regard. Tod is surprisingly entertaining, Apollo is pretty much as brilliant as expected, Wolf brings the Korean-perspective, QXC the Terran PoV and Major, what should I say, that guy is just hilarious as well as the best gamer ever to grace a Starcraft 2 talkshow. Mad props to JP for resuscitating a project I - quite frankly - assumed beyond redemption. Yeah that was brilliant. Major rocks, he is like an improved version of incontrol: As funny, but with Mexican accent, insight in the Korean scene and knowledge of the highest levels of Starcraft. I also love that now we have a Brit, a French dude, a Mexican, A North-American and a Semi-Korean on the show, as opposed to five guys from NA. but... we dont have a zerg! How can we discuss the game when zerg isnt represented! The show is dead ![]()

But now I will completely admit I am a itmejp fan. I really enjoy watching the new SotG, and even his streams when he is online. Was originally very sad that the old SotG was dead, but now this one is even better, and has absolutely 0 negativity going on. there is no elitism overshadowing the entire show anymore. All of the people on it are incredibly real, and dont give a shit abou all of the drama. They are original, and have opinions, without shitting on other people, which is nice for a change. Really love the new SotG.

Christ almighty, nobody even knows who the Gasol brothers are, yet alone their younger brother, yet alone cares what they think about incontrol based upon some comments he made in a heated discussion with a polarizing figure. Don't use this thread as an excuse to shit on incontrol, just because he has been a feature on this show once.

I wonder what originally motivated JP to have him on. Well turn's out he's good. Qxc, Apollo, Wolf, Major, all surprisingly good together and worthy successors to the first SOTG cast. PS why do all French guys sound like Arsene Wenger when speaking English? It's our accent, Arsene Wenger is french remember. All english sound the same when they speak french too ;D And people who tryhard at talking english with the right accent are seen as douche, because you need to be blue white red before all man. When I heard "I've been to bigger business meetings than you and I'm 19" I thought "there is some rich kid out there who thinks he did something with his life". Then I reckon the Gasol brothers are basket ball players (ho it's Adria Gasol, never known about him). haha Adria Gasol got banned from lol it seems.

Weeks later they continue to freak out about a high five over a comment made at a person who is the reality tv of SC2. These kids need to get girlfriends, lives or something else going on with themselves. But back to SotG and how awesome it is.

Wait, so the 19 year old brother of an college/professional basketball(not one the most important sports in the world right now) is somehow important. Did he write this before or after his parents made dinner for him, on the PC his brothers bought for him?

The NCAA is like freaking Goliath, and all of ESPORTS together is barely enough to be referred to as David in this analogy. The fact that he is even aware of ESPORTS is great. The fact that he cares enough about ESPORTS to get mad about it is awesome.

I don't know anything about the brother, but NCAA is college level basketball where many NBA players come from. But yeah, it's nothing to brag about "yet." It remind me of pre-med know-it-alls who may or may not ever become doctors. They all need to control the ego a little bit, at least for a few years, until they actually accomplish anything.
