Alex Garfield's excellent statement thread made it really clear that this is about addressing endemic racism in e-sports, and to have a whole segment about the firing without mentioning this once seems kind of weak.
The language used was superficial to the real underlying problems that this exposed. We all know orb said nigger at least a year ago and allegedly 2 weeks ago, we know that he was raging/bming at the time. Why rehash that. I find it refreshing to discuss the impact of this event, how it unfolded, and what it means for the community at large if reddit getting a bug up its ass (or TL, or the blizzard forums [had to include the last one to be fair]) and goes on a witch hunt. I hope they tie into the katu situation but that's probably untouchable anyway. :/
They're discussing solutions to the problems exposed, the orb situation itself is way dead and gone.
*EDIT -- quick clarifier, if you expected them to discuss orbs conduct then yes the conversation is weird, but I did not expect it, that's been done to death. They're looking at a bigger, and somewaht scarier picture.

you get my point (that the portion of the community that over reacted and called sponsors does not represent AT ALL the starcraft 2 community).. but all it takes is a few people to bring the "issue" to the sponsors attention
