He won't accept you but you can still click on the name on your friends list. Click the drop down arrow next to call phone and click "call - skype". If it rings for a decent amount of time you're doing it right. That's how I did it and I finally got through (I was "I love horses"). | ||

However, like Tyler said, it's probably just a cultural thing. Most Americans prefer to dress simple and comfortable, most simply don't care enough about being fashionable. | ||
