What is that? I've said gg at the end of every NASL game in season two. You must be thinking of season one.

The EU is just lucky that Ricky Gervais' cameo towards the end of The Office season 7 was so well received that it warranted a spin-off across the pond. People from England refer to themselves as English, just like Americans refer to themselves as American. But I'll let that slide. oh. and I sure hope you don't mean the English Office came second? O________O I've never sat down and ranked them, but yeah, I'd put the BBC one in a clear second. I've noticed that most Canadish people seem to prefer the British TV counterparts though, probably something to do with the language barrier being easier to cross. the english american language barrier? this must be some kind of elaborate troll

Why would they if there is no incentive to do so? Thats the problem. MLG has worked hard to get the Koreans to take part, but they have effectively lost all EU participation in the process. Its hurting the status MLG has and blaming EU teams, telling them to "pony up" is absolutely ridiculous. Sounds about right. Its not worthwhile for eu players to go to MLGs with the current system and prize pool and therefore they dont come. This is just how it is right now. I don't see why people are arguing. I doubt that european players are complaining. They just dont show up at MLGs and play other tournaments instead. It's not as if there is a lack of tournaments for them to participate in.

Making the prize pool bigger would encourage more Europeans to show up. Also, holding regional qualifiers in Europe should make it easier for players without much travel money to participate. I'm sure MLG has things figured out for 2012.

I guess MLG is gonna change their system for the next year anyways but until then there wont be Europeans there. Which is sad for the european viewers and leads to americans not knowing european players even more. It's a vicious cycle man :D But as I said, I don't think the european players themselves care that much.

The "oh he'sa European so he's obviously gonna win" thing was not especially funny (to me at least) and it kind of got in the way of you making complete analysis of the MLG groups. I know you did it to appeal to the trolls in a very obvious way so that you could bust their chops once they ate the bait. But its kind of dull for the people with more than one braincell :p Just some thoughts ![]()

Honestly Ive seen him make some weird posts. Other times hes great but hes no saint. I questioned his word choice in that thread but I don't think he responded. I think his approach to these forums is not necessarily as an ambassador of the organization that hes representing, rather, he posts like a fan. Therefore, I treat most of his posts in his non-OP threads as his fan/spectator posts.
