Whenever people like to talk a lot during matches I always suspect cheese. I once had a guy start talking to me asking how I was doing and all that and I was like good, w/e. He had snuck in an scv into my base and was proxy rushing me. I was like damn, gg. So anyways I queue up my next game and it is the same guy. The person must not have realized it because he said the exact same things asking the exact same questions and I was like ok fuck that I know what you are going to do and I stomped him. No gg from him lol.

So this was back toward the end of phase 1 of beta. I made it to low diamond (platinum then) and was in a TvP game on Steppes of War. I was doing really well, made a lot of tanks and some marauders to keep the front lines and about 6-7 vikings for air support. Started pushing into his expo and out pops about 4-5 carriers to mop up my vikings and then destroy me because I had hardly any anti-air. FML.

Unable to make corrupters because i hit B S instead of V S while micro'ing down collosus with burrowed roaches. You don't realize for forever because the timing on Spires is about 2 years...

I think I have all of you beat.
At some point during a zvt, I rallied my main hatch to my gas. The spawn location was such that the shadow of the gas geyser laid right over the spot where drones enter the gas, and it obscured them quite well. About 9 minutes into the game I'm wondering why I have no resources, and I'm looking in my base and I see only 12 drones mining, because there are 19 drones queued up right next to the geyser to mine.
The misrally was corrected before I started trying to investigate, so I had no clue. I would double click my drones and see that there were 30 drones there, but I couldn't figure out why I could not see them. I finally had to give a confused gg and did not discover what happened until I watched the replay.

ive tried to make corruptors many times only to realize when i look for them right before a fight i see a bunch of overlords.

Desert Oasis. Attacking up one side without scouting down the other. Showing up at each other's base at the same time. Always vs Terran, of course. You'd think I learned my lesson, but it's happened more than once.

I rallied all my workers to gas at one point. Since they just stack up while waiting in line to enter the geyser, it took me forever to realize that there were a bunch of workers waiting there. I kept getting angry that my economy was awful and I had no minerals, but no matter how many times I told it to build more workers, I never gained workers on my minerals.
It was quite embarrassing when I finally realized what was going on, and reassigned my 20-some workers to actually work.

After ripping his base apart he wanted to discuss the game a bit and I obliged, which just reset my "game brain" and after I saw the gg's I just f10'ed surrended so fast I didn't even realise what I was doing. God damn muscle memory. They REALLY need a confirmation box

then i saw my zealot being built and wanted to cancel it since my warpgates were almost done
so for some reason i canceled my warpgate research which was about to be done instead of my zealot and i literallly screamed FUUUUUUU

I thought I won the game because I scouted the cannon rush and destroyed his pylon on scrap station. Never bothered to expand to my expansion nor scout there and turns out he built 23432 cannons on my expansion and expanded himself there getting mass colosseus and pheonix and i lost because i had mass mutas and hydras.

Oh man so I have the best one.
I scout and see a forge going up with no wall. Of course, through my mind goes the following:
"Cannon rush and no wall off. I got this."
So I even type in the chat "Cannon rush?"
Scout around, kill the probe before he builds really anything. I'm feeling awesome at this point.
My first 8 speedling run into his base and take out a couple workers, but get shot by somewhere around a billion cannons.
"What a fucking noob. I'll tech to broodlords quickly and just smash through his base. This is nothing"
I tech to lair, take 2 expansions, including the gold. I'm not even really building an army at this point, just a couple of roaches in the front and a few speedlings at the front of his base. If I need to I can always just power something pretty quickly. With how much he spent on cannons, he can't have much of an army and enough Speedlings should be fine. And I'm still upgrading melee because hey why not I'll have broodlings.
