What about when he repeats words or exaggerates them to show importance ect?

To make this more simple compile the list. Then pick 5-7 1 shot/swig sayings, 2 2shot sayings, and the 2 really rare finishing the drink comments.
This would make the game enjoyable and semi-safe.
If anyone tests with rules along these lines and finds the number of sayings/comments to be too many cut 5-7 to 4-6 and the 2s to 1.

I think you should make a big list of stuff and categorize it, then before each cast pick some of them to follow for that cast (like tech said, 5-7 1 shot/2 2shot and 1-2 finish drink). That way you can add to the list and not feel that some huge list that makes people wasted before day9 gets 10 minutes in.

I'm not much of a drinker. I mean I'll drink at a social function or ballgame but not while I'm gaming or watching streams. I do like to fire a cigar up while watching. It can almost make the entire Daily before it burns out.
I'm sure the rules can work for smokers too.
