My point being, the second guy WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES to secure the food and his survival *Points to the lack of reason to be a perfectly good person*, including stealing and killing (stealing would be killing in this scenario). So the second guy who killed the first guy just to survive, should be killed by the massive Polar Bear that's been watching him... 'cause the Polar Bear needs to survive too.
