You don't need to verify anything on any of the steps required to get the beta-key, so just create a fake account on their site and link it to a fake email and preorder the game. Just choose to fetch it at the store and wait for the key to pop up in your mail (I ordered late in the evening and got mine the morning next day) and then cancel the order. No money paid, and you got a beta-key : )
