Note: If this sounds insulting, it's not meant to be. I'm a writer, part-time personal trainer, and hardcore gamer, but I often find that regular exercise bumps me off some of the more competetive scenes (can't really go for all-night binges on a regular basis or i'm bound to miss a run or a session at the gym). Sometimes I slip a little, but i'm always curious to hear how people try to strike a healthy balance. | ||
