No we don't have to wait a year..Mike clearly said mid-2010 release, so even if there's a major delay no one's waiting a year. They are definitely releasing in 2010, they want it to be the biggest year in the history of Blizzard.

Nah, my friend got in the WC3 beta with opt-in the first day it started. If you're chosen, your wave can be anytime, right from the start or even two weeks before the end of the beta.
