I haven't seen an add since I got it =) I hope Day[9] is done with school soon, missing my daily D9D fix!

It buffers at like 1/3 speed, and i have 50mb/s internet at my uni, so its not a problem on my end. Livestream and Blip both buffer extremely quickly however.

I'd love to see Day9 on Justin or Ustream, but both require so much extra work that it's no surprise he hasn't made the switch yet.

Ustream's Producer software is alright but doesn't have a lot of the cam-switching features that Day9 uses so frequently (it can do it, but the setup is weird) and, as far as I'm aware, no way to record sound from two inputs at once (meaning you get your microphone, or your game sounds, but not both, although there are ways to work around it). Kind of a hassle to get set up. Justin.tv has absolutely no software of its own. It's an enormous pain to set up just for a simple screencast (I spent about 6 hours trying to get it to work earlier before I could get something marginally useful), and gets even more complicated once you're trying to do the cam/game switching unless you feel like shelling out $300+ for professional software. I'd love to see Day9 on Justin or Ustream, but both require so much extra work that it's no surprise he hasn't made the switch yet. thegunrun has a great setup on ustream and i dont doubt its easily achievable for anyone else

Wasn't it posted somewhere in here that when the new computer is in place day[9] would swap streams or something? I personally love the being able to download it from blip.tv!!
