Well England were high pressing and up in Swiss half for 90% of that football match, not all teams can and want to play this offensively, can't blame Switzerland for sitting back.
Plus there is more than one way to skin a cat, the end result matters

The game has settled into a bit of one-way traffic, but at the start Turkey had some fast counteraction.
E: that said, both teams are playing a bit nervous. Lots of unforced errors.
E2: and agree with Smorrie below. The Spanish commentators keep gushing over him, but he has given away the ball twice so far allowing the Turks to break out in a way that could've been dangerous and hasn't done much positive to offset that. A shot that went wide...
E3: and now he gets a yellow for being stupid. His only redeeming quality so far is that he is still better than Wijnaldum!

Ehhhh, that was all Dumfries. First he gave away the corner and then he broke the offside trap. And I don't think anybody thinks Dumfries is a world-class defender. He's a dangerous wingback and can generate a lot of threat, but I wouldn't call him a world-class defender.

Feels like Van Dijk and Aké also aren't pulling their weight though. Aké gave away a corner earlier and Van Dijk's lost a few duels unless I'm mistaken.
