Wow Napoli though, I’ve missed seeing their shellackings of both Liverpool and Ajax live, very impressive score lines and highlights but are Napoli that good or were those teams a bit off colour? We're performing poorly both in the Eredivisie and Champions League. Some of the previously important players (Tadic and Blind) keep playing without performing. They're just not good anymore but the new coach doesn't want to bench them. The coach (Schreuder) is apparently a good assistent but I'm not convinced by him as head coach. He hasn't really done that well at other clubs. Long story short we're not good at the moment.
Edit: and Napoli is playing well of course.

Obv player reactions shouldn't be used to determine a call in game but I think they situationally have a lot of validity for post game analysis.
Players also do the same pull back motion if they didnt handball...

Yeah. I took a look at some clips this morning and the director showed managers reactions right after. Xavi reacted instantly and claimed a handball while Inzaghi looked like a man whose alibi had just been blown. As you pointed out, everything about the reactions indicates an obvious handball.

I don't have any complaints on how things went there, everything went according to the rulebook. But it sure is dramatic when you cancel a goal and reverse it into a penalty in the other end.
Yeah completely anti climatic. At least the kid kept the ball out (2nd time schick misses a penalty against him this year, first during national team play, now in Porto, one over the bar, one saved by Diogo).

Chelsea did good for 40 minutes but then decided to switch off wanting half time and we nearly conceded! Fofana going off is bad news as well, hope he is ok.

Call the cops haaland hasn't scored yet.
On a more serious note, that was a great goal from cancelo.

Well, lads, it was fun being on top on the table, even if it was only for a few weeks. I have 0 faith we're getting a point today.

Random twitter drama of the week
Casillas and Puyol off hand comments on Casillas being gay backfired spectacularly. It has only been 2 hours since that tweet. And of course, he has been "hacked"
I believe both of them had no malicious intent with the off colour jokes but the pitchforks are already out

Performance wise there is room for improvement but no reason to sack Nagelsmann yet. That would be a stupid/overly rash move in my opinion.
