I think Bayern has like a 57/43 possession advantage, and shot statistic is almost entirely even across the two games. 4-0 is very flattering, but having a great striker and GK is an advantage. | ||

Tbh I dunno how Tuchel really is in terms of buying players, and he doesn't seem particularly lovable, so I'm sure his man management skills aren't perfect. But in terms of understanding of football tactics, he seems like one of the very top managers in the game imo. Blaming these losses on him is incomprehensible. | ||

Yep, as I said multiple times - depending on choupo to replace Lewandowski is what leads to such results. City seems to have bought the ref on top of it. | ||

Under Nagelsmann they were scoring more than enough goals? Maybe Tuchel didnt field the right players to get goals? Its not incomprehensible if you look at Bayerns record pre-Tuchel and post-Tuchel. Going into this season without a replacement for Lewandowski was a bad decision and thats on Nagelsmann/Kahn/Brazzo more than its now on Tuchel. | ||

As you can see Bayern have half a dozen goalscorers with over 10 goals. They have more than enough quality in their offensive players to compensate Lewandowski being gone for most games. Teams inability to score goals in Tuchels games is more on him https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2022–23_FC_Bayern_Munich_season#Goalscorers Bayern only scored 8 goals in 6 games under Tuchel (4 of them in the game vs Dortmund where Dortmund had tons of injuries) How is this not Tuchel's fault? | ||
