If Griezmann gets even remotely close to his levels he was showing at his pomp at Athletico, 40 million is an absolute steal.
I’m assuming Barca had to get his wages shifted because that’s all that really makes sense.

Yeah, the salary is the big thing there. 40 mil may not be such a bargain if Atletico pays the whole salary.

about Norway vs Netherlands, that was a fine performance by us, especially considering how few games many of those players have together, and that many of the best players are still really young. Haaland hasn't been quite as great for Norway as he's been on club level, but today he was the best player on a solid team, even though he could've scored once or twice more. Would've loved to see the shot in the post be 3 cm more on target. :p Netherlands had way more possession and more shots, but no chances as big as Haaland's two misses. (edit: actually that attempt 4 minutes on overtime was huge)
I think in 2-4-8 years, we can be like a Denmark-level outsider for championships, but it's still a bit early now. Lots of great young talent though, and with a 1-1, and Turkey drawing vs Montenegro, the group is still wide open. We have away games left vs both Netherlands and Turkey though, but if they keep improving, we might be able to get some decent result.

united didnt end up getting a dm so our midfield is gonna be shaky especially without mcfred but if our plan for the season is going to be to let the back 4 deal with defense and hope our stacked attack outscores everyone, im quite hopeful. ronaldo is still a monster and his supporting cast arent pushovers either

Sarah Connor canceled a Tour today because she got covid although she is vaccinated.
Current vaccines are pretty much useless because it hardly work to delta covid. Even worse to the next iteration (Mu).
