i guess technically if you count college, then kirk ferentz and nick saban are the obvious choices - but they were before brady.

He already has probably one of the best resumes of coaches ever. There's nothing to prove.

And I think Belichick has done well with that group of players, but he is an awful gm. The Patriots' first rounder this year looked brilliant though, before getting injured against Dallas. They also lost Judon in that game and the defense hasn't been the same since.

His acolytes have all been terrible GMs as well. Belichick used to take advantage of idiots by trading down all the time and picking up a ton of extra picks. He could whiff on a bunch of picks with all the extra picks he had. His second round failures with defensive backs used to be a running joke. The league has become smarter about not giving up a ransom to trade up and the Patriots have really whiffed on a ton of picks lately. The cupboard is pretty bare over there.

Iowa and Nebraska are the only two teams scoring and allowing under 20 PPG and they play each other at noon the day after Thanksgiving. And we know somebody here is going to watch it.

There might be a few big plays assuming the wide open offensive guy doesn't fall on his own. Iowa is worse on offense than we are. So even if we are hungover, I predict a win. Might be closer than necessary thanks to our turnover prone O. But we'll still come with a win.

Sims gives us a better chance with passing though. I don't know. I just want us to get the win and finish the year by beating Iowa.
