https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/matt-araiza-still-cant-get-a-second-chance Guys like Kaepernick and Araiza need to do what Warren Moon did. Go to the CFL and kick ass. The nano-second Warren Moon got seen on national US TV ... the NFL got interested. Any one with two eyes can see that guys like Warren Moon, Condredge Holloway, and Dieter Brock all had NFL level abilities. It is crappy that guys like Kaepernick, Araiza, and others in other sports get blackballed, however, top level sports are very insular. its an exclusive club. if they truly love the sport they'd find a way to play somewhere. NBA head coach Dwayne Casey was falsely accused and started his way back by coaching women's japanese basketball. Guys like Araiza and Kaep need to quit whining and travel any distance and cross any border to play the game they CLAIM THEY LOVE. At this point it is probably too late for Kaep. He whined his career away.

I suppose it's easier to adjust the behaviour of 400 (semi)millionaires, than squeezing a couple millions out of the billionaire owners. Don't get to be an nfl owner, by considering the health of your employees. Packers owners being the obvious exception.
