Barkley is constantly hurt. He should probably just retire at this point.

I wanna grab the Raiders by the neck and shake them. Really killing me right now with only 1 target to Ruggs (his lowest so far this year has been 5) and the throws I'm watching Carr make are just....bad. I also picked up their defense and they're making the Bears look like a functional team. FFS

You'd think down by 2 possessions they'd take some deep shots to their deep shot guy.

I think they'll figure it out in time to make a deep playoff run. Iirc Mahomes missed a few weeks in their SB season and they didn't look like all that before the playoffs

Very high win rate and college success. He was the head coach for Florida and Ohio State and won three National Championships. However, he did so with an insane talent funnel because those two schools were dominant and provided easy scouting/acquisition of top talent. This, he didn’t have much trouble winning in those scenarios.

Jags front office saw that as an opportunity to bring in a coach with a lot of winning to translate it to the NFL and Jaguars. But, the Jags stink and now Urban is caught in a losing situation with no real indicator of knowing how to get out of it with a pretty poor roster. Not to mention the off the field shenanigans going on with him and the team turning on him not even halfway through his first season.

It hurts to say, but I’d rather have Doug Marrone still than Meyer, and that’s saying something. At least that guy could win some games. Granted we have top players like DJ Chark injured and our #2 RB got hurt in preseason, it’s a bad look when our top player is our kick returner, given the fact we have Trevor Lawrence. At least James Robinson is a beast but the Jags got really lucky with him.

Also one more note of Jags turmoil, they haven’t had a successful field goal since last season.

It ain’t a coincidence that the most successful NFL coach who came from the college world already had tons of NFL experience. Urban Meyer was a great college coach but he is not Pete Carroll.
