We are entering a new generation \o/ hard for ronaldo to become player of the year in la liga when hes playing in a different league I think that's the joke

Can't wait for us to win Carabao Cup while barely not being relegated from PL

I wish I rooted for a different team

So is Arsenal now in a battle to avoid regulation?

Naw, even with the current point tallies it is really clear that they have a lot more quality than your sheffield burnley fulham WBA group.
But in the past 25 years (since 94-95), they have one season (the previous one) where they ended up outside the top 6. Not getting top 10 would be a complete disaster no matter how you slice it, and not a 'we're not title contenders but at least we're top 4 every season'- type of wenger-disaster.

It's weird watching United playing like United should have. Attacking, being aggressive, just bossing around full of confidence

Tuchel out of PSG... Who will be next to be thrown at Mission Impossible?
|
ummmm wtf? psg just sacked tuchel lol. what a joke of a club

I wonder how big his severance package was.
Pocchetino available, as is Allegri. Who else is ready to go of any note? Patrick Viera? Lopetegui has shown that he will drop what he's doing at a moment's notice,

Apparently Pocchetino is already a done deal and he's the new manager of PSG.

Lopetegui has shown that he will drop what he's doing at a moment's notice, His contract was running out in summer. So not much value left there. And he already publicly stated that he surely won't get an extension anyway, so this dont come as a surprise.

Tuchel actually won yesterday 4-0 and then they sacked him haha. He has signed utter trash at PSG and i don't think was ever suited to a job like that.

PSG was in the CL finals this year, he didnt do a bad job.

His expertise is beyond doubt, he's the best coach they've had ever since they got bought out. Though I didn't expect their differences to reach the a stage where Tuchel gets fired at this point of the season, it was always clear to me Tuchel was done in Paris after this season no matter what.

Yeah PSG got to the finals of that weird champions league right which while it was still a great win for Bayern etc it was a weird system of champions league and they did well. This season however he they have been awful and if Leonardo is signing the players i don't see how Tuchel would have stayed because he left Dortmund because of transfer business and not being in control of it?

You must remember that in most European clubs, coaches don't handle the transfers.

I think the biggest disagreement he had with Dortmund was the lack of support after the bus bomb attack. He wanted to delay the game much further, but got limited support from the team board.

In general, I'm not really sure who should be coaching PSG at this point. Last 5 years or so, I think they've only beaten Chelsea, Atalanta and RB Leipzig out of the somewhat higher tier teams in UCL knockout games. It just feels like dominating Ligue 1 isn't going to give you the sparring you need to consistently compete with the actual top dogs. I thought Tuchel's strict discipline was a decent idea to keep the roster poised for the big games, but they're always need some luck to weave through the knockout bracket.
